What do you like best about Mo?

The ability to create multiple rewards. We use the platform for a monthly employee of the month reward, as well as using it for on-the-spot 'thank yous' and rewards. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Mo?

It's harder to use with contract partners as you have to reward them using an SGN email. It's pretty 'faffy' and does put people off rewarding contractors in this way. It's also obviously only available if you're on the webpage, so there are probably plenty of people that have never used it or look at it regularly, as you need to open it in a web browser.

Personally, I am the one who usually decides on the 'employee of the month' reward for our depot, and therefore if I am nominated, I can never actually receive a reward. I totally understand this otherwise people may take advantage of the system. However, I feel we should be able to reward ourselves in this instance, and then this goes for secondary approval. It's great to actually say 'thank you' and show that you mean it. I've reward people for things that others would maybe say is just 'doing their job', but people always say thank you and it helps boost morale. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Mo?

Often within the work place small and big acheivements/ collobrations go un-noticed by the wider organisation. The best thing about Mo is you can send a shout out to those that have helped and done outstanding work on a platform where everyone can see it and join in with the celebration. A great features are the ability to tag in specific people like maangers so they are recognised for their hardwork, and the ability to post messages in response or even just use the emoji panel. Nothing really stands out as needing improvements, its a very solid platforms with a great selection of features. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Mo solving and how is that benefiting you?

Visibility of the work that is being done within the organisation, particularly departments that work in the background that can easily go un-notice. What do you like best about Mo?

Before starting my current role I had never heard of Mo but now I have discovered this platform I am very pleasantly surprised. I'm surprised not many companies use this service and platform, as it is very beneficial and rewarding for employees. It allows the employees to shout out and priase good work regularly without the need for corporate or formal meetings and allows people to reward good work with tangeble things. Great idea and really helps boost company morale. Highly recommend Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Mo?

I feel like there needs to be more reminders and interactive posts around the fact that everyone gets 1 reward to hand out every month. I feel with the day-to-day work that we do it will often mean that we forget to reward somone and that reward doesn't get carried over to the next month. It's never a case of someone doesn't deserve it as we do great work monthly it is just remembering with our busy working lives going on. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Mo?

The entire system, from registering and logging in to using the system for regular 'shout outs' and larger rewards and recognition is simple, intuitive and a breeze to use. The User Interface and integration of GIFS and Emojis enables a more personable touch, which just makes me want to use it all the time! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Mo?

Sometimes you are required to manually update the page or system, when logging the system states that 'updates are available', which I think could be automated to ensure the most recent version or updates are included by default, but a very minor gripe! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Mo solving and how is that benefiting you?

A simple thankyou or note to an individual was historically required to be Emailed, Managers CC'd in and was a bit of an arduous task, but this centralises and simplifies the process and controls on who can view each shout out is a great feature, it's used weekly if not daily for quick thankyous, which really are appreciated across the board.
