Too many email notifications (though that might be a company-specific setting). There are also many notifications on the user interface from people liking comments. I'm not interested in whether people like comments so much as when they've made one themselves, so a greater ability to adjust the notifications would be good. What I like about Mo is that it gives people the chance to get recognized even from the most unexpected sides. This stimulates us all to work better but also to be better people. Being able to recogize and respect others' skills and personalities is the first step of a better working ethics or even better society. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
