**What do you like best about mLabs?**

I use mLabs to schedule our posts and keep all the data in the same place for reports, which helps with time and organization. I don't need to open all the social media pages to post, and I have the report ready all the time since it's all inside mLabs. I like that they focus on social media and always deliver new tools or research. It makes it easier to view the metrics, so we can focus on strategy. The initial setup was pretty easy and intuitive. I am definitely likely to recommend mLabs, giving it a 10 out of 10.

**What do you dislike about mLabs?**

I wish mLabs could receive all the social media messages and comments. Also, I'd love to have mLabs function as a CRM, where it could integrate with websites and WhatsApp to control all messages and content in one place.

We’re really enjoying using mLabs for its easy content approval and scheduling features, as well as the integrated reports and overall practical usability. Everyone on our team uses and loves the platform, it truly makes life easier for anyone working in the digital marketing field. The interface is intuitive and user-friendly, which saves us a lot of time. Your support is fantastic and the platform implementation was very fast.

We don’t have any complaints, but it would be great to see more integrations with project management tools and/or a more accessible workflow feature, allowing us to centralize client information more efficiently.

It's not that I didn't like it, but I feel that something is still missing for it to be truly complete. Ideally, all the features present on Instagram, such as reports, should be available for all channels.

The platform is simple and efficient, which greatly facilitates the achievement of our goals. Overall, I consider it very worthwhile, as it is always receiving new features. The competition tracking feature is excellent, truly 10/10. The main benefit for me is that I no longer spend so much time preparing reports and I can schedule videos on various channels with ease, as well as schedule multiple posts. Since we manage more than 10 pages, this really makes all the difference and speeds up our work significantly.

I have been a daily mLabs customer for almost 7 years. I highly recommend the platform for its ease of use: it is very intuitive, the support is excellent, and it is an essential tool in managing the agency's clients. It is very easy to integrate accounts and implement its use.

**What do you dislike about mLabs?**

The only aspect at the moment is the discontinuation of the notified stories tool. It is extremely useful for our business: today we can schedule and customize the story with stickers, links, and other forms of interaction before posting. And they will (very unfortunately) discontinue it, indicating the automatic story that does not have these advantages. I really believe it's something they should reconsider.

I love how mLabs makes work management easier, especially in metrics analysis, posting schedule, and comparisons with competitors. The service is super fast and the team is extremely attentive, which makes a big difference. The ease of managing post scheduling and metrics analysis are aspects I consider important and that mLabs executes very well.

**What do you dislike about mLabs?**

There is still no mobile accessibility, which forces me to be in front of the computer to approve posts. Another issue is in the workflow, the lack of ability to add visual elements from briefings, such as videos, so that designers can receive references more easily. Also in the workflow, the need to add steps to know whether the team is in production or not for each post. Additionally, I would like to be able to schedule stories in just one scheduling.

I really like mLabs for being an intuitive tool that facilitates the promotion of my work and allows me to schedule posts quickly. The intuitiveness of the tool is something that makes me not even curious to look for other options. Additionally, I appreciate the quality support, which is always helpful and deserves a 10 out of 10. mLabs provides ease and efficiency in scheduling posts, helping me expand to new social networks and reach a larger audience. The affordable price is another important factor that I value greatly. The features offered are very cool, which makes mLabs fantastic for my daily work. In the past, I really liked the email marketing tool from mLabs, which I used a lot and consider it would be of great help if it were available again.

It's a shame that mLabs has discontinued the email marketing tool, which I used a lot and found excellent. It would be very beneficial if they brought this tool back.

I greatly appreciate the ease of use of mLabs, especially regarding its intuitive interface and straightforward setup, which made starting to use the software a pleasant and frustration-free experience. The scheduling of posts is an exceptional feature, as it helps automate tasks for my 30 clients, saving a lot of time and reducing the bureaucratic and repetitive workload that would normally occur when using Business Manager. Additionally, mLabs offers efficient access for my employees, allowing them to make individualized posts for each client, increasing the productivity and efficiency of our marketing team. I also value the superior technological resources of mLabs, which were a decisive factor in my choice of the service. The ability to easily purchase more accesses as new clients arrive demonstrates the software's adaptability and support for the growing demands of my business. Furthermore, I am inclined to recommend mLabs to others, evidenced by my high level of satisfaction, as I rate my likelihood of recommendation as a 10 out of 10.

What we like most about mLabs is how it centralizes everything we need for managing our clients’ brands, from planning to analytics, in one clean, intuitive platform. It saves us time and gives us full control over multiple accounts, which is essential for an agency.

There isn’t much we dislike about mLabs. Overall, it’s a great platform. The only downside is the occasional instability, which I know is normal for tools that integrate with multiple social media APIs, but it’s still something that impacts our workflow. Also, some API limitations, like not being able to schedule interactive stories (polls, questions, etc.), can be frustrating sometimes, though we understand why those restrictions exist.

I’ve been using the platform since 2016, and I’ve seen how much it has evolved — both in its features and in the quality of what it delivers. The support and relationship with the team have always been great, and it’s clear that every update is made with real care and attention.

I use mLabs every single day, and it truly makes my work easier. The cost-benefit is amazing, and what I love most is being able to view and manage multiple channels in one place — like Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok, Threads, and even Google My Business. This makes a huge difference in the daily routine of an agency, because it saves time, keeps everything organized, and allows you to schedule content easily and confidently.

mLabs makes day-to-day social scheduling genuinely easy. The visual calendar lets me plan, edit, duplicate, boost, and submit posts for approval in one place, which streamlines collaboration with designers and clients. The built-in workflow/approval feature is especially helpful for keeping feedback organized without endless email threads. I also appreciate the breadth of supported formats—being able to schedule Instagram feed, Stories, and Reels from the same interface—and the analytics package that pulls unified reports (including paid metrics) across channels like Meta and Google, so I can make decisions with real data. On top of that, pricing is very competitive for the feature set.

**What do you dislike about mLabs?**

Nothing deal-breaking, but I’d love to see (1) even more native integrations beyond the main social/ad platforms to reduce manual work, (2) a bit more flexibility in customizing report layouts/branding, and (3) finer-grained permission levels for larger teams. Occasionally, API changes on social networks can cause temporary scheduling hiccups (that’s an industry-wide issue), but mLabs typically recovers quickly.

I have been using mLabs for over 4 years and I greatly appreciate the content scheduling features for various platforms and the generation of reports for my clients and competitors. This is extremely valuable to me as it facilitates the management and planning of the content I need to publish, in addition to providing useful insights through metric reports. The transition to mLabs was very easy due to its simple initial setup process. I learned about mLabs through a recommendation and, although I considered other options, I preferred mLabs for its effectiveness. For me, one of the great advantages of mLabs is the detailed competitor reports, which contribute to my marketing strategy. Precisely for these reasons, I am very satisfied with mLabs to the point of giving it a recommendation score of 10.

Best post scheduling platform in the country, but that's not all, it generates reports, manages task flow, allows linking approvals with clients, and they can give feedback directly on the link, performs competitor analysis. It has a study platform. You can manage everything in one place.

I just don't like that it's not possible to schedule stories with stickers (link, etc.), but I know it's not possible because it's not yet available in Meta's API. I'm sure that when it becomes available, they will implement it.
