What do you like best about Mixmax?

I like how Mixmax allows us to schedule prospect outreach at scale, with customized sequences for different personas. I appreciate the multi-step sequences, which can be batch uploaded and run in the background so it clears up time in my day to focus on other activities. Additionally, Mixmax has Smart Send functionality to send emails when the prospect is most likely to engage with it. It does a good job of being extremely customizable, including features to auto remove contacts from sequences that are active with another rep. What do you dislike about Mixmax?

Also great to hear Smart Send and safeguards like removing contacts already active with another rep are working well for your team, and that the Salesforce sync is improving tracking.

On pricing tiers and feature gating: appreciate you calling that out. It’s frustrating when you only need a couple specific capabilities but they live in a higher tier bundle. If you’re open to it, sharing which features you consider “necessary” for your workflow would be helpful signal for us as we think about packaging and how teams of different sizes adopt Mixmax.

What do you like best about Mixmax?

I use Mixmax to efficiently communicate with both potential and existing customers and it really helps me make sure I follow up in a timely manner. I love having good visibility on when emails are opened and using the email reminders, which alert me if I haven't responded or if a follow-up is needed. I also love that Mixmax shows me when emails are opened and who opened them, providing a great opportunity for timely follow-ups. The sequences feature in Mixmax is really helpful for mass-targeting a large group of potential customers efficiently. The initial setup of Mixmax was smooth and great. What do you dislike about Mixmax?

On call recording for Google Meet: totally hear you. Having the actual video recording to share alongside recaps would be valuable for handoffs, coaching, and keeping deals moving. Mixmax today focuses more on the workflow around meetings (scheduling + follow-up + recaps), but feedback like this helps us prioritize what “complete” meeting coverage should include.

What do you like best about Mixmax?

I like how Mixmax allows me to send 500 emails in one day with ease of use. The user interface is very easy to navigate, requiring no external training, which is particularly my favorite aspect. I find it excellent that minimal training is needed for new users like my SDRs, who can easily figure out how to set up sequences and send emails. Its ease of use makes it a small vanity for me. What do you dislike about Mixmax?

I loved how I could edit follow-up emails one by one, allowing me to change the follow-up depending on the different personas. I also liked how easy the tracker was for email count, which helped me figure out my day better knowing I had 175 emails going on their own. The initial setup was pretty seamless too. What do you like best about Mixmax?

I like that Mixmax is super easy to learn and I didn't need any training on it. I appreciate that you can always update your emails at any time, and it gives you suggestions and different plugins to get more interaction from clients. The plugins help with email interaction and allow tracking who clicks, giving people a call to action, all from your emails.
