Support is always kind when I ask questions...which is often **What do you dislike about Mitratech Perform?** Sometimes there are a lot of steps as an administrator. Hard to find issues when it could be in so many different locations. **What problems is Mitratech Perform solving and how is that benefiting you?** Transitioning from paper to electronic was wonderful. ### 3. Excellent tool! **Recommendations to others considering Mitratech Perform:** I have no specific recommendations other than to listen to the staff at Trakstar. They have a lot of best practices and provide helpful insight. **What problems is Mitratech Perform solving and how is that benefiting you?** It was a goal of our board and management to have a performance measurement tool in place. Trakstar made this difficult process easier with its 100+ competencies and helpful staff. ### 4.
