I also appreciate the fact that you can send emails within the application **What do you dislike about Mitratech Perform?** What I least like about Trakstar is that when there is more than one account for the same person. For instance, if the person uses a separate email, there is no way to merge the accounts even if they have the same phone number. **What problems is Mitratech Perform solving and how is that benefiting you?** For me, using Trakstar helps me to keep account of all the candidates that apply to openings I am responsible for. You can also send e-mails to candidates. I love there is space for interview questions and we can tailor them to our company's questions. Very easy to know where everything is going to be. **What do you dislike about Mitratech Perform?** Sometimes the website can be laggy, which can cause a hindrance in the day, but typically it's quickly resolved & we're able to get right back to work! Very great with resolving lags & other issues. I think some of the best features are the reminders to check on specific candidates, so you never lose track of anyone. **What do you dislike about Mitratech Perform?** Sometimes we experience some flaws, such as the resumes, not loading, which can take a while to fix but eventually fix itself. **What problems is Mitratech Perform solving and how is that benefiting you?** Trakstar is helping us build our database and finding the best candidates to work on cases. It is everything that you can find under your fingertips. The time to exchange the paper review was a hassle for everyone, both to the managers and the employees. The software is easy to maneuver and navigate around once you got the system set up correctly. We are very happy to change this to a digital format from our traditional paper review. **What do you dislike about Mitratech Perform?** The only thing that I would have to say is the setup process. It took me a while to get things set up in a way that is close to our scoring system in the review. We would like to mimic as close as possible the way we conducted performance reviews in the past, and without re-inventing the wheel. Since we kind of custom-made the system close to our original system, therefore, the training video that comes with the software is somewhat different from the way we intended to present it. It's a little confusing to our employees at the time, but employees are kind of used to it by now. **What problems is Mitratech Perform solving and how is that benefiting you?** We can hold all the documents in one place, no more searching to find the present or past evaluation forms, and no more sending the documents back and forth between employees and managers for signatures. This system isn't smarter than using a google form, honestly probably worse. It ALWAYS glitches no matter the platform or the access is given. My trainees cant complete quizzes cause glitches, I have to log out and log back in constantly and they do not care about the annoyance of this. Do not get this system. If you ask your account manager questions they send you to the help desk. The help desk try to break down every detail so they don't actually have to try anything or do anything. Gosh, I have built our 40 modules 10 courses and 5 catalogs and I would happily get rid of it in a SECOND. They even limit the amount of answers youre allowed to give. If you want to do something in order I hope it only has 5 steps cause if it has more you cant add **Recommendations to others considering Mitratech Perform:** Dont do it. You can easily find something better. This software acts like they are cutting edge but they are so old they dont even know how to adjust to different sized windows. The program is very affordable and very easy to use. When I do have a question or a problem, the customer service team is very responsive and helpful. This was by far the simplest for both the admin and the end-user. I love that we can create many different levels from admins to trainers to team leads (supervisors) to learners. **What do you dislike about Mitratech Perform?** As we have gotten more and more different training from safety to security, to HR we have created lots of modules (115 and counting). There is no way to sort out the training by category. I wish there was a way to subgroup them and filter out just what subcategory you want to find. **What problems is Mitratech Perform solving and how is that benefiting you?** Before all our training was done on paper with binders. Whenever a training had to be updated, all the binders would have to get the new update. The quizzes would also be done by paper and someone would have to check them. If we needed to find someone's training it was hunting through a folder. Now everyone's training is in one spot and it's easy to find and download quickly if needed. ### 16. Ability to rank candidates. Easy of teachability to train new team members and new hiring managers. **What do you dislike about Mitratech Perform?** The system oftentimes has glitches or just won't work for us. I think this is because the ATS isn't able to support a growing company and too large of company. It is unfortunate because I think TS can compete with some of the larger ATSs' I've used in the past, but I'm not sure that it's systems can handle that much growth. **Recommendations to others considering Mitratech Perform:** Take the time to play around with the tool. It is very good and can compete with some of the larger ATSs once you fully understand it. There are plenty of ways to customize the experience for both interviewers, admins/HR, and candidates, including an Open Source ATS, which was a dealbreaker requirement for us. That said, it's not overwhelming to set up or to learn/teach, and not so robust that there are a lot of unapplicable features. This has suited us well over several years and I'm happy to be continuing with it for the foreseeable future. **What do you dislike about Mitratech Perform?** It's hard to think of dislikes, several limitations within the platform that I've found have been addressed - they seem to constantly improve on themselves. I do wish that the webinars were of greater relevance, or that they had a better library of training videos/materials. Also even though there are a lot of integration options, there are not many for software that our company already uses. But that's not a huge shortcoming of TrakStar itself. **Recommendations to others considering Mitratech Perform:** This has been a game-changer for the efficiency of our recruitment process. Great for companies sized 20-200 in my best guess. I dislike the fact that it's EXTREMELY outdated. The technology is hard to use and doesn't compare to other companies on the market offering premium features that look and feel modern. This company's platform DOES NOT allow easy updating of courses. Everything is third party and this platform just houses your Google slides. It looks old and unlike companies like Loom the features are slim to none. All you can essentially do is upload a slide show and do a voiceover. Which in 2022 is extremely outdated. The platform isn't frequently updated to stay with the times and yet this company wants to lock people into a 3 year contract of $4500 which is INSANE. Companies change and with how awful this platform is no one should ever feel forced or obligated to continue to pay their stupid outrageous price for this simple platform that should absolutely be nowhere near the price that they think they can charge. My advice is to AVOID and look for a more updated program that continuously strives to be better for a much more appropriate price. I also dislike their customer service and the fact that they want to continue to seek money when a client expresses financial hardship and the desire to cancel. No platform is worth 13500 and to be locked into a 3 year contract and then told that in order to get out of the contract you can pay 2500 and that's them being GENEROUS. I'm sorry but that's dumb and it's absolutely not worth upsetting clients, getting bad reviews and FORCING a client to remain with your company for more money. These people are disgustingly money hungry and would rather see small businesses suffer financially for their own gain. I am absolutely telling you that I don't recommend this company and it isn't worth the hassle of dealing with a crappy platform and company. Go with another company! It is easy to keep track of goals. the comments system is great and easy to use as a whole when doing reviews. And finally and most importantly it is really easy to use. **What do you dislike about Mitratech Perform?** I think even though the UX is simple and great, the UI is somewhat boring. IT looks too square and corporate(not in a good way). I think it can be a little more playful and have a better color palette. **What problems is Mitratech Perform solving and how is that benefiting you?** The company uses it to keep track of personal growth in the company and in its own carrier. My favorite thing is that I can see my progress and save my work/notes as I go.
