Compared to others It is straightforward and uncomplicated and I wish we could use Acuity for all of our billing. I like that it allows for many filters and sorting of matters. **What do you dislike about Mitratech Acuity ELM Essentials?** It rarely allows for "exceptions to the rules". **What problems is Mitratech Acuity ELM Essentials solving and how is that benefiting you?** Legal billing for 20-40 cases at a single time. Acuity keeps all of the data organized and process is uniform throughout and you can easily calculate various totals by bill, quarter, year, etc. which we didn't do before. ### 2.
