What do you like best about Mitek Management?
Job estimating time cut down by 80-90%, which completely automated the production of jobs. In a company that is ranked in the top 40 builders in the U.S. and expected to close over 1500 homes in 2017, it makes the construction process much more efficient. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What do you dislike about Mitek Management?
It took a lot longer to learn than expected. Since it is fully customized to our company, the learning process and training on the product in general took a lot longer than expected. We are still in the training process but are currently processing some jobs with it and working out some of the kinks with a Sapphire employee in-office assisting us daily with any needs we might have.
