There is honestly only one thing I dislike about this program, in the sublet box when entering a sublet repair there is no portion for the sublets invoice. I have gone to the developers to open an appeal to have this put in with the next update...3-4 updates later and still nothing. It does not make or break me using the program, would just be more convenient when referencing sublet repairs, keeping the invoice # from the clients, and easier for accounting when syncing.
