The program works flawlessly and the customer service reps are always ready to help and tackle any problems. Our company has been working with them for over 3yrs now and making the switch was one of the best decisions we've made. Why choose another program when these guys are the best! There is honestly only one thing I dislike about this program, in the sublet box when entering a sublet repair there is no portion for the sublets invoice. I have gone to the developers to open an appeal to have this put in with the next update...3-4 updates later and still nothing. It does not make or break me using the program, would just be more convenient when referencing sublet repairs, keeping the invoice # from the clients, and easier for accounting when syncing. Recommendations to others considering Mitchell 1 Automotive Repair: Do not be scared by the price, the only reason I have labeled it at a "4" is because i would always like to save the shop some money but I can say you honestly get what you pay for and you will not be disappointed. Mitchell 1 is a great tool for any auto repair shop. It works well with my accounting software which I like. I like that you can upload your information as well.
