Some of the features have been found to be a bit "buggy". Sometimes when transferring calls or calls ringing it seems to lag a bit. When creating a ticket with their support you may have to hunt down your answer from them. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Its flawless, simple and effective all my staff have to do is install the app and login and theycan make and recieve calls easily, we integrate it with our CRM system so that the team knows whos calling before they answer the phone. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

My favourite part of using CircleLoop is its simplicity. Download the app for mobile or desktop, setup my numbers and I'm up and running. Add to that the ability to toggle call recordings and view call analytics on both mobile and desktop is a huge bonus. At the moment, there aren't a great number of downsides for me personally. One small nitpick when I first started using CircleLoop was the lack of clarity around future features. Fortunately, The team has now remedied this by having a website with the CircleLoop roadmap clearly visible to users. The ability to have an internet based telephone number, but also able to have it forwarded to a mobile when not able to pick it up at the computer. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Sometimes the service is glitchy, but to be fair, the Circleloop team generally sends emails out explaining that they are aware of it and are on top of fixing it, and it usually is fixed very quickly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

As someone making 100 plus calls a day, picking up and handing a normal phone got a bit repetitive. However since moving to circleloop it's allowed me to wear a headset and simply click numbers to call. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
