It doesn't seem very intuitive to me. Mirro has brought the performance journey into our team's daily view and has helped us to easily share, save, and ladder-up performance conversations into regular 1-on-1's or performance conversations. **What do you dislike about Mirro?** There are some access/permission level settings that could be added to make it a little easier to trigger/initiate some feedback cycles for non-management processes, but nothing we can't work around without too many hurdles. **Recommendations to others considering Mirro:** If you are looking for a tool that will help with your OKR tracking, performance management, recognition, and leave management, without something overly complicated - Mirro is a great option. **What problems is Mirro solving and how is that benefiting you?** Tracking performance metrics, kudos, and leave management has been a huge help.
