Firstly, it helps us on the administrative HR side to keep track of each employee's timesheets and vacation days. Recently, we also implemented the evaluation module, which I consider an excellent idea because it saves us from a lot of bureaucracy and organizes us better. It saves me a lot of time not having to talk to the HR everytime I have leave requests and I also love the flexi time options. I can do both now with just a few clicks other than print paper and sign it everytime. I love the custom icons and the little jokes (shown with loaders or in other widgets). I like its simple design and easy-to-use layouts. Everything is just a few click away. I also like the feedback feature, it helped me improve my working skills and also the relationship between myself and my other colleagues. Another feature that I think is very important is giving Kudos. This is a great way to make ourselves feel apreciated. **What do you dislike about Mirro?** Some of my colleagues find it a bit cheesy but that's actually what I love most about it. I don't like the fact that I can't cancel flexi hours myself so in case I need to change something I need to ask HR. It would be nice to have this option and keep track of it. Apart from neatly organized sections, Mirro has a social media-like feature that helps the team connect to each other. It is also visually pleasing and inviting. No more boring HR tools from the last century. **What do you dislike about Mirro?** It has so many features that it takes time to make use of all. You learn very easily a very difficult thing: how to be honest and to be able to transmit the information in a form acceptable to the interlocutor. It's also very important that it has privacy settings on this individual feedback. **What do you dislike about Mirro?** When setting confidentiality in individual feedback there are 2 options: "personal" (besides the 2 interlocutors, the manager of the person to whom the feedback is offered can also see that feedback) and "private" (feedback is accessible only to the 2 interlocutors). By default in the program is set to "personal". All the information about you as an employee, or about your colleagues, is just a few clicks away. All the information you need, vacations, requests, whatever you need, is easily accessible and easy to use. All the team connecting functionalities, the fact that there are a lot of interaction possibilities, kudos, birthdays list, the activity feed where you see all the updates from the organization and what's happening in the team. All in all, a really cool tool for teams. **What do you dislike about Mirro?** Not much. It really does its job very well. The UI is slightly outdated, but the experience is simple and pleasant, which compensates for it.
