Very useful to be able to check if the coleagues are on holidays or wfh. It is nice to be able to give and receive Kudos. **What do you dislike about Mirro?** It does not sync the wfh Calendar with our Google Calendar and that is really adding a lot of work for everyone in the team. I plan my meetings for large groups. It was a bit of a struggle to get used to one more tool. I still find it not very welcoming to be able to give Kudos and would like to be able to also give anonymous and confidential Kudos. Would also like to be able to track my extra hours and the hours when I left earlier than my schedule and I still need to recover them. **What problems is Mirro solving and how is that benefiting you?** I have visibility for holidays and wfh. It's also easy to schedule my days off. **What do you dislike about Mirro?** I haven't had any specific problems with Mirro as a regular employee. For me, it does exactly what it's supposed to do. I wouldn't say I'd change something in particular. **What problems is Mirro solving and how is that benefiting you?** Thanks to Mirro, I don't have to send actual written notices to my employer, so some work processes, like taking a day off are very smooth.
