We use MintSD daily as the platform for complaint management and tracking deliveries. I like its flexibility and user-friendly interface. We have a very close contact to MintSD team and they quickly react to any changes we want to adopt in our processes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

For our purpose, there's nothing to dislike. I would say - some configuration options could be more straight forward, but once you adopt the knowledge of how to change certain things, it actually starts having sense :) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
