They have a basic one started, so it is easy to tailor it to your specific company needs. You can easily go in and make changes. Alerts that also come through of possible changes that need to be made to your handbook based on new and changing laws are a great feature. I cannot keep up with everything going on, so getting alerted to something new that may be important is a wonderful feature. I also love the forms section. I do not have enough time in a day to create forms from scratch and proof them to make sure they are up to date with laws and comply with everything. Mineral just has everything in one location that I could need. Honestly, I need to be using it more than I do. **What do you dislike about Mitratech Mineral?** I do not like that I get so many invites to things that do not pertain to me. I am constantly getting emails about information regarding states that I do not live in. While I love getting the emails when they pertain to my specific location, I would much more enjoy not continuously getting them for states that do not include mine. **Recommendations to others considering Mitratech Mineral:** If you are looking for a way to increase your productivity with compliance and HR, Mineral is a great solution. Premade forms/documents/handbooks to get anyone started. I would have to select the Employee Handbook builder as my favorite. It exceeds all my expectations and blew their competition out of the water. It is easy to use, keeps up with every NEW or UPDATED law daily, and notifies me when I need to attend to a new alert. We can customize policies in it, or use the template they provide for items. The handbook addition that covers every employee's state laws is invaluable. **What do you dislike about Mitratech Mineral?** I do not dislike anything about it but it is so very comprehensive that it can be overwhelming at times. I quickly get over that though when I easily find what I need. **What problems is Mitratech Mineral solving and how is that benefiting you?** The Employee Handbook Builder has solved an enormous amount of issues for us and it keeps us legally compliant which is priceless. The classes we can provide to our staff for development or as required by law, have been excellent content, relevant to our needs and interesting classes. There are excellent suggestions with recruiting, employee retention, and reference materials and templates that are thorough and legally informed. **What do you dislike about Mitratech Mineral?** Mineral's weakness is also its strength; I'd like an online shop to order HR training books and complete course modules to build toward certifcations. The weakness is my longing to create a physical library of books and printed material; the strength is Mineral has it all paperless and online, updated in real time. **Recommendations to others considering Mitratech Mineral:** Need up-to-date information and compliant templates to support your workplace? Mineral demonstrated that the employee was not yet eligible for FMLA and offered our HR department channels to support and retain this valued employee during their requested time off. Everything has worked well for us. The only change I can think of is using some different examples. The website is easy to use; you/the employer can call ThinkHR and get their advice to build a curriculum for employees; and it's simple to tell if your team has completed their assigned courses. The content is broad. When we run value added reports for our clients (these reports are fantastic and eye opening!), they get to see the value of the resource and how we brought this to them for free (we don't charge our clients for the product). Win-win-win! **What do you dislike about Mitratech Mineral?** Not much at all--I have no complaints. I reached out to ThinkHR to see if they will be adding courses on building a culture of inclusivity and tolerance, and they have added some resources and are building more. I'm happy to see this so that employers can make an impact in their work culture, which will then spread into the world. I'd like to see more courses on Benefits and wellness related topics since that is my expertise/field I'm in. **Recommendations to others considering Mitratech Mineral:** There are a lot of options out there for HR helplines and training courses, but when we vetted vendors, we felt like ThinkHR Learn was one of the best! Like anything, look at a few options to see what meets your needs. We reevaluate our partners ever few years, and ThinkHR has made continuous improvements, and kept us and our clients happy. We don't plan on making a change any time soon! Ask for a demo site to play around, request the list of courses, and ask to watch one of the courses so you can see what they are like. These courses improve quality, safety, knowledge, compliance and so much more. Employers don't have the time to do this themselves, so they often don't do it at all. ThinkHR Learn makes it so easy for them to take the steps and teach their employees. I wish more people would use it because it would help educate and improve workplace culture and behaviors, which is much needed!
