What do you like best about MineOS?

I especially enjoy how easy it was to contact their support and how open they are for feedback and suggestions. The platform fulfilled our needs at the company rather easily. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about MineOS?

We were missing some more localization to foreign languages for operations that aren't in North America.

Aside from that I felt the platform checked all the boxes in terms of privacy management. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is MineOS solving and how is that benefiting you?

Managing a large bulk of privacy requests presents a lot of difficulties, but using the Mine platform made it simpler and saved us a large amount of work time that I was able to spend doing other work. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about MineOS?

- A lot of integrations with SaaS & data sources that helped us create useful workflows for handling DSR and DSAR fast

- We found data redundancy and duplicate data sources across teams thanks to Mine’s live data mapping (critical for us)

- Flawless design and UX

- Dashboard and reports to demonstrate compliance with privacy laws are great = our DPO is happy Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about MineOS?
