Mine helps us replace endless hours of manual repetitive work (that includes interviews, spreadsheets and headaches) with automated real-time data mapping, and it works well. To top it all off, you can export the ROPA report for compliance purposes. This report includes everything our privacy guys need to demonstrate compliance. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There are no considerable disadvantages when using Mine. Although it would be great if they add some new features such as automatic ROPA export flows that don’t require user interaction, or at least being able to export it to API, and an ability to keep track on who’s accessing this report among our company’s agents. The real-time data mapping is fantastic. In my wildest dreams, I never imagined such a solution could be possible. We found out an old emailing service that held millions of records about our users (we moved to another emailing solution 2 years ago), and this really saved our Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

There are only ten integrations available currently, but we use about 15 SaaS that store our user's data.

The data mapping feature gives us control over the SaaS tools and data sources we use here, which is fantastic in terms of privacy compliance, reducing risks and easy privacy requests fulfillment.

When there were many requests, the system used to become a bit laggy, but since then they've improved the platform, and I didn't experience that issue again. It is worth mentioning the support team has always been very helpful and attentive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The live data mapping is intuitive and gives us insightful information at a glance; privacy risks, PII, amounts of records, duplicates are all there. The DSR/DSAR automation for fulfilling requests solves cross-team collaboration - as it's now done with a single click. Tracking completed requests for compliance is a breeze.
