"Nothing is ever too much trouble for MineOS"

What do you like best about MineOS?

As a smaller organisation we are treading water into the need for a broader compliance understanding and process flow internally. From the initial introduction into the (easy to use) system and the ongoing support of the MineOS team, it has allowed us to breakdown the tasks into bite size chunks and pick-off each as managable steps. Educating our wider business team as we go. A regular ongoing series of on-boarding and setup call has really helped close out the setup of the system, and nothing has ever been too much trouble. Many thanks to Rio's for her ongoing energy and enthusiasm to our compliance journey, plus the wider team whom have always moved fast to support us when needed. What do you dislike about MineOS?

What problems is MineOS solving and how is that benefiting you?

- A central DSAR solution for our customer service team

- Creation of our first ever ROPA reports

- Visibility of systems our employees are using the data that is shared as a result Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
