Mindtickle is the best platform I use as of now because I have gained lots of experience through this platform. It has a very good interface to understand the module and task. I practice lots of things for my job. It's a dynamic platform I like the most .

After i use this platform till now i could not get any of bad experience its a butter smooth platform

**What problems is Mindtickle solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The problem that Mindtickle is solving for me  is, no need to go anywhere to attend the class or coaching to gain the training knowledge. I can easily sit at home to gain real time work experience .

**What do you like best about Mindtickle?**

It is very straightforward and easy to use. Mind tickle is very thorough and entertaining for the most part but I do feel like it could be shortened as my position requires me to travel quite a bit and I'm always in a hurry.  It can be painful to have to flip every box and click on every arrow.

**What do you dislike about Mindtickle?**

Time commitment to use and the necessary interactions sometimes feel a little strenuous.

It has helped to get all employees on the same page and improved communication in the sense that it provokes and promotes dialog.

I really liked the Mindtickle. It is easy to use. It provide really good and smooth interface to learn things. It has made my learning experience good. the one thing I liked about mindtickle is the progress calculator. It shows the actual progress at every time which keep you more engage.

As of now, i donot feel any diffculities in mindtickle platform,  the user interface and learning process is very smooth but there is always a room for improvement. Want to see what mindtickle add more to there interface which can enhance user experience

The problem which mindltickle is solving, I donot need to go or i donot need to be present physically anywhere in order to learn. It help me to learn things from my comfort of home.

**What do you like best about Mindtickle?**

Digital assets (videos, PDFs, articles, ebooks, links, etc.) tagged as external-facing can easily be shared with customers by our executive leadership and field teams including Sales Development Representatives,Account Executives, and Solutions Engineers.

The new AI features enable self-service for our teams.

Training missions make it easy for our field teams to record and upload video presentations to practice their skills.

The Mindtickle account and support teams have been very helpful as we onboarded and expanded our use of this platform.

**What do you dislike about Mindtickle?**

Mindtickle provides some built-in reporting, but I would like more reporting to help me identify and prioritize our best-performing content. 

Like other content management systems, it requires time and effort to currate and track content requests, development, curation, and publication. It would be nice if Mindtickle included some project management features to simplify collaboration on content creation.

**What problems is Mindtickle solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before Mindtickle, our content was scattered across messaging apps, cloud storage, emal, and people's laptops and phones. Now, with Mindtickle, we keep all of our internal and external content and resources in a single location. Sales Hubs help us organize content by internal and external audiences. Tags make it easy to categorize conotent by type, audience, buyer stage, etc. For example, we have content for our Sales Development Representatives, Account Executives, and Partners.

Onboarding new sales team members used to be a big challenge, requiring a lot of preparation of custom slide decks, calendaring, emails and pulling together a variety of content such as checklists, spreadsheets, documents, and product demos. Now we have an organized way to deliver new team member onboarding and can track each person's progress.

Before Mindtickle, when prospects wanted more product information after an initial call, we had to find files to attach to an email and forward that email to all of the attendees. Now we use Mindtickle's built-in Digital Sales Rooms (DSRs)  and templates to make it easy to share the relevant content with prospects, partners, and customers, including a company overview, 3rd party analyst research, product data sheets, customer videos, slides, and testimonials. Recipients can forward to their colleagues and we can see the most popular pieces of content to help us continually improve our marketing materials.

It is a very robust platform, but well structured. It is designed to solve the needs of companies of any size. There is a lot that can be done within the tool.

**What do you dislike about Mindtickle?**

I consider two areas of opportunity, but I understand they are being improved. The first: Have a simple platform to exploit progress and execution information.

The second, Enhancement: To maximize the benefits of the platform, it is essential to integrate a strong development and coaching methodology alongside it. Without proper guidance and implementation best practices, harnessing the full potential of the tool becomes a challenging task.

The tool has been very helpful in accompanying the Onboarding process. Fortunately, we have grown, and we have many new colleagues. 

The tool has been super useful in giving an induction to the company, learning about our products, the use of our technological tools, and our processes. 

In short, the tool has been an excellent ally for our new staff.

A lot of things to say..It is a nice platform to learn new things, as I mentioned to refresh the knowledge level which increases your confidence and will make you perform well. I have completed too many modules and visits frequently.

Frankly speaking, I couldn't notice something that way. I have a small suggestion like arranging the pending modules separately from the completed modules will be more convenient for the users.

It's nice that as an admin user you have your own tasks that help you understand the platform and better assit your employees. I've alos worked on the employee side of the platform and it is very easy and you can check in everyday to see where you can improve.

**What do you like best about Mindtickle?**

The most helpful thing about Mindtickle is being able to quickly and efficiently get proposals out the door with a proven template. Because the microsites are shareable, it allows us to upload the specific assets needed to help our sales processes and for the prospects' teams to review the assets that are of upmost importance to them. It's easy to set up, easy to share, and easy to use on the recipient side.

The included templates have basic aesthetics. While they are straightforward, they do lack some pizzazz. Also, the reporting tools seem to be inaccurate. When looking at data for my proposals, it will often show data that contradicts what my prospects are discussing with me, meaning it says they don't look at particular assets when in fact I know from calls that they did.

It is providing me for a quick and efficient way to get out proposals using a template and my pre-uploaded sales collateral.

The tool has multiple facets which can be used for various parts of user enablement. Between Asset Hub, Digital Sales Rooms, native content building features, and the constant innovation the Product Team is working on the new AI features. It simplifies the overall onboarding and enablement for enterprise level clients.

The tool has some missing features which they are working on, the suggestions and features need  to be more connected with other enterprise tools.

There are some minor bugs that can be fixed which sometimes slows down the experience

Loading times could be improved, it is one of the slower pieces of SaaS that I use regularly.

Between the content we're easily able to build inside Mindtickle along with the prepackaged enablement content that we got for a really reasonable price, we have training for every possible need across our sales and other teams. We use Mindtickle not just for sales, but for onboarding and training almost every part of our business.

**What do you like best about Mindtickle?**

I have beed through several learning tools for sales and found the benefits on Mindtickle. Content was simple to access, media was interesting, including video, animation and ways of interaction with the content was different every other chapter. The value proposition was the most interesting learning part for me as a sales support. As an engineer the technical capabilities is always the foremost important information I need to stay relevant in the conversations with people that are interested in our value propostion. Both topics were adressed and learned. The gamification is also very motivating for me, to receive badges and points. While others can see my progress, helps me to stay motivated until the end of the learning chapter.

I miss the read out loud feature for pure text content. that would help me to stay more focussed and go faster through the content.

**What do you like best about Mindtickle?**

The ease of use. You can find topics you want to learn about very easily. I'm using Mindtickle a few times per week for just a few minutes, but this keeps me up to date. The feature I use most is the overview of lessons/courses that are remaining for me. My employer sets up several short courses a month to follow. This way my employer and me know that I'm up to date with the necessary knowledge. I work in IT, on the data management side (data architecture) and staying up to date is a necessity. Mindtickle really helps.

**What do you dislike about Mindtickle?**

There is a knowledge score in the system. For every 100 points scored in the lessons/courses you receive 1 knowledge point. Some easy courses give points very easy and some hard courses almost give no points. There should be more balance in that.

Mindtickle helps me to be a better (pre)sales data architect.

I like that it highlights what trainings I need to take.  It is very clear on the progress that I have made and where I need to pick back up.  I like that if you don't finish a training, you can come back to it.  It has many useful features that make is easy to use.  I use it whenever I have trainings to complete.  The customer support is great but never had to use it.  And it is easy to implement and integrate into your Hr systems.

**What do you like best about Mindtickle?**

Mindtickle offers an experience for users and third parties unmatched in the market, offering high versatility and flexibility to manage your platform whether for Sales Enablement or LMS purposes. The customer support is incredible, personalized and efficient, they offer constant support beyond the implementation process that I have not seen in other providers. Mindtickle CSMs are tasked with knowing your objectives and the nature of your operations to provide personalized assistance and follow-up on the daily use of the platform, additionally offering free consulting solutions to guarantee efficient use of the site.

The updates and updates are constant and consistent with the feedback provided by users. I have been very surprised by the speed with which the feedback I have given has been added to the roadmap of system improvements, it feels like a dialogue in which you try to give the best information possible and receive constant updates.

The implementation period varies significantly in relation to your needs but, having implemented Mindtickle 2 times with different objectives, I can say that it is quite expeditious compared to other platforms, it is very flexible but requires work from your team of specialists or LMS admins since you have to do some of the work yourself with a vague guide that the platform provides you, the implementation requires your work and benefits a lot from the free workshpp that its learning site provides to familiarize yourself with the features.

The platform offers some integrations, particularly relevant being Zoom for ILTs, which allows you to manage rooms and attendance automatically. New alternatives are constantly added. HRIS and Salesforce are also supported.

Mindtickle is both our tool for Sales Enablement and LMS for career development and we use it frequently. Overall we are satisfied with what it offers and its ease of use.

**What do you dislike about Mindtickle?**

Mindtickle still has to work on features that are present on other platforms. Such as the ability to create modules with a predefined set of preferences that make it easy to quickly create many similar learning modules (the system lacks the availability to create templates of module settings). Currently, each module must be created by selecting from scratch all the elements of its configuration without being able to store configuration templates, this implies searching among many dropdowns for things such as notifications, reminders, visibility, availability, etc.

Mindtickle offers from the outset a reporting system that is very graphic and apparently user-friendly, but in reality it tends to remain superficial. If you want to take a deep dive into reporting, the admin will need to become familiar with Mindtickle's own API, which is not very intuitive, feeling overwhelming and non-specific. While there are other platforms whose base reporting is quite dense and complete, allowing you to get a lot of information without resorting to an API, Mindtickle falls short and seems to try to make everything "too easy" for the user, losing depth and usefulness.

If you use SCORM files, you will probably have to make some adjustments to their publishing details as they may not work properly in Mindtickle, sometimes finding the reason for this can be hit or miss and support may not give adequate answers. This is very inconvenient if you have a high number of SCORMs made in-house.

One stop for all learning related to sales enablement, coaching, and customer trainig. Makes easy for all the sales reps to get one stop access to all required toolkits and assets and also sharing with customers when needed. Improves our sales kick-off and cycles and also helps us with compliance.

**What do you like best about Mindtickle?**

There were a few key areas that I find useful: content repository and the personalized sales room functionality. The repository supports a ton of different ways to upload content and different types of content. You can tag the content by anything you'd like. And it's easy to add and remove content. Plus, when it all comes together and you have content that is in your sales room, then you can see what pieces of content people are looking at most, for how long, and do some analysis to see which content pieces are part of deals that close more often.

**What do you dislike about Mindtickle?**

I feel that the overall design could use some updating. It's more of a windows feel. I think they have a ton of room to improve the visual capabilities across the platform. I'd also like to see more layout options on the landing pages. Think like a SquareSpace well tested landing page template. It should feel like an experience not just a nice google drive.

**What problems is Mindtickle solving and how is that benefiting you?**

There are a few problems it has supports. One being keeping a central place where content is stored and shared that's more easily accessible than a google drive. With the tagging functionality, it helps search for what you need and visually see it. Think of it as a source of truth for sales enablement content. Second I appreciate then solving the question of "are my prospects even looking at the room and my content we spent a lot of time creating?" You get notifications in Slack and email when someone views your room then you can dig deeper. Then it can help answer "what content is best performing" so that I as an IC can include those pieces to get more engagement.

I love that I'm able to collect all follow-up material for a prospective customer in one place.  I pride myself on being organized and being easy to buy from, this allows me to collect my materials and answers as I have them and put them in one convenient and shared space.  I'm a fan.

I don't really see any downsides from a platform standpoint, but I do think there is more we could do with it as a company.  Banner stock, images, etc.  It's really quite complete from what I've found so far.

Everything is kept in one spot and I get notified when my prospects are reviewing follow-up material, no more wondering if they're looking at what I send.  Some are, some are not, but at least I know.

My organization has an amazing Enablement team.  There are courses for the employees at large, as well as specific trainings based on role and technology.  Mindtickle makes it very easy for me to see what is my required / mandatory training, what is optional, and where I stand in completion stats for all of them.  I use Mindtickle multiple times a month and have been doing so for the last 4 years.

With a large library of trainings from my company, sometimes finding specific classes is difficult.

The whole experience in general but my favorite part is the points system to unlock the next part after each one, I tend to skip some parts when I am attending an online course however with mindtickle I have to go through the whole video or presentation to go to the next part which is good for me specifically.

The grading system where it deducts some points for the wrong answers and I do not like that as I kept failing some assessment multiple times and had to do it again and again and again.

I like the ability to use rooms and auto-connect them to deals very easily in enable.us and use team templates. It makes it a must when sending follow-up emails with additional material after calls, I use it very often. It integrates well with Hubspot.

I'm not a huge fan of the UI experience - it feels like is older looking, sometimes difficult to navigate/find what you need.
