What do you like best about MindBehind?

It is easy to start using the application. And also, it's a very effective way to connect customers. There is more than one integration option to manage your channels with one page. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about MindBehind?

The application has performance issues sometimes. Reporting pages of the platform can be more helpful. Agent interface needs more improvement and maybe more artificial intelligence. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about MindBehind?

I tried MindBehind to develop a chatbot as Covid-19 information provider. Once I trained the chatbot, response was excellent. No frictions, no bugs at all. I started with helpful videos explaining actions that let me create a proper chatbot and it totally worked for me.

Maturity of UI and ability to create a chatbot with intelligent flows fully met my demands. It was incredibly easy and fast, especially for me, as non-technical fellow.

Publishing on Facebook was easy child’s play to me and since chatbot was related to Covid-19 it was for free. It seamlessly supported Polish language as well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about MindBehind?

Honestly, nothing. I didn’t face any struggles and it took me about 2 hours to build and publish fully working chatbot for my community. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is MindBehind solving and how is that benefiting you?

The chatbot I build using MindBehind was tremendously helpful for our community in crisis of covid-19. It let phone lines to be less engaged so we could focus on important human-related job. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about MindBehind?

Previously, we needed to get help when changes needed in our chatbot trees and it took time. With this product, processes have accelerated.
