What do you like best about MindBehind?

What problems is MindBehind solving and how is that benefiting you?

Previously, we needed to get help when changes needed in our chatbot trees and it took time. With this product, processes have accelerated. What do you like best about MindBehind?

MindBehind is a no-code platform, and it is very easy to pick up and use. They are also able to support chatbots in a lot of languages, including English, Arabic, French, Turkish, and many more. Especially its simple yet effective UI design makes it available for anyone to leverage its benefits. Also, for this reason, live agents & admins do not face any difficulties while migrating from other platforms to MindBehind.

What do you dislike about MindBehind?

There is nothing much to dislike about this product. It has proved itself to be an efficient way of managing our live customer services on multiple websites. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is MindBehind solving and how is that benefiting you?

Thanks to MindBehind, we can have a virtual assistant on our websites that is active 24/7 and ready to help our customers. And during the working hours, our virtual assistant forwards users to live agents, but only when they’re needed. As the chatbot can deal with simpler questions, this increases the efficiency of our agents and enables them to deal with our customers’ problems in better ways. What do you like best about MindBehind?

The platform is very user-friendly, agent settings can be easily done and it covers pretty much all of the basic needs for a live chat. We were able to immediately start using it with a simple code snippet insertion. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about MindBehind?

There are some areas for improvement for the Mindbehind platform, we have several development requirements for a better use for our agents. As a customer we could benefit from a clear product map and development schedule, because it is sometimes hard to catch up with their release schedule and the status of our requirements. What problems is MindBehind solving and how is that benefiting you?

We were using another live chat tool where we could not get any chat reports or any daily chat statistics. Mindbehind allows us to be more involved and easily follow up with our chat quality and client needs, now we are more responsive to our clients. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Business messaging/chatbot is a complicated and 7/24 living operation so it is likely that you will encounter instant problems or different customer inquiries when you execute such an operation. What do you like best about MindBehind?

MindBehind are a wonderful company to work with as they are friendly, flexible and very adept at what they do. Their system is the most straightforward to use on the market and allows us to build simple or complex chatbots which can be deployed on a range of channels. Customer service is excellent and they are always available when needed, and they have expert customer designers who can provide very valuable advice about the design of chatbots. MindBehind is a growing platform, currently, I haven't yet tested the full range of features such as bots.

However, moving from a small business working with whatsapp business to a team with centralized communication channels and easy reporting to set and measure KPI's for the growing team members is ideal and the ease of use and minimalist UX is ideal.
