Only then did they create a ticket and send a so-called "abuse notice" — but by that time, the server had already been offline for over 2 hours. Now it’s been over 4 hours, and they still cannot restore the server, even though this downtime is causing serious disruptions to our business and loss of customers. Support is slow, unprofessional, and shows no sense of urgency. There was no chance to fix or even discuss the situation before the suspension — they simply turned off the server we paid for.
