Continuity: I can fill the form with one unified interface on web browsers and on any mobile device. If I make a change to a form while I'm collecting information from the field – for example, changing an answer to a question on the form or adding/deleting an item to the checklist – the changes are immediately reflected in the field workers' devices in real time.
