What do you like best about Mighty Networks?

Might Networks, while remaining user-friendly with sensible defaults and templates, is so wonderfully configurable with tons of advanced feature under-the-hood.

For us, this means that as we grow, we can sophisticate and optimize—all without slowing down the initial implementation. And, with full white-labeling and the ability to upgrade to having our own stand-alone app, the level of sophistication available longterm is unmatched. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Mighty Networks?

They currently do not have full emoji reaction support built-in, but rather simply the ability to "Heart" a post or article. Not that big of a deal for us, but more robust support would definitely be nice to have.

Additionally, at this time, all elements of the Community are fully searchable except Chat specifically. That functionality should definitely be added even though we prefer threaded posts to chat. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Mighty Networks solving and how is that benefiting you?

We are using Mighty Networks for one integrated onboarding, training, community, and support. The system allows us to make onboarding nice and simple while having the more involved training and support rolled out to a given user as needed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
