Mighty Networks is for sure the best community platform I've used for my group coaching programs. I've used Facebook, and then Kajabi, and Mighty Networks not only provides by far the most engagement, but my clients love that it's hosted on its own app on their phones. They don't have to spend so much time on Facebook or remember to go on Kajabi (because the notifications remind them to get onto Mighty Networks and engage in the community). It's really a great site – I highly recommend it to anyone wanting to create a paid community. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Honestly, it's pretty hard to think of anything I haven't liked. I guess something to be improved might be to allow you to mark notifications as unread if you've looked at them? And it would be nice to be able to host your website with Mighty Networks like you can with Kajabi, but these are just add-on things. For the most part, it's incredible! This hub is such an incredible space to not only gather your community to stay connected and have a single platform, but here you can continue to grow together! It has multiple ways to stay interactive—it has ways to monetize—it has ways to celebrate! The Mighty team is so engaging and incredible helpful, they genuinely want YOU to succeed, so you have so many tools available at your fingertips. I only recently joined, but I know this will grow my business, strengthen my community, and change my life! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Not really sure. If I had to nitpick—There is a small push to get your community up and running within two weeks - but every community can take a different amount of time to build, grow and monetize. I am starting with 0 - not a migrating from a different platform—so two weeks is too quick for me. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I love the aesthetic of the site. I love the excitement the Mighty team has for the platform and how engaged they are with us hosts through their own community website. I believe in the long run, having a well run, engaged community will give us little guys an edge on our our little corner of the internet to have successful businesses. Done right, this can be a word-of-mouth machine. Mighty also has a ton of support in that they don't just sell you the platform. They give you oodles of ideas from themselves, as well as other website hosts, to help you create an online presence people will want to follow. And they are doing everything imaginable between providing lessons, to deploying new tools, to gathering us together with other site hosts to figure out what makes everything work. I'm very excited to see what else comes down the pike. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Figuring out the best way to welcome people joining the community and get them oriented has been a bit challenging, although with many of the new features Mighty is releasing I see greener pastures on that horizon. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The TIMING was just right for me. When I was designing and building my course, I considered launching on three other platforms, but none of them felt right for me. I discovered Mighty Networks in August 2024. By October 10th, I committed to joining the Path to Pro level membership. I knew the value was solid, especially since I was done with my course and I was ready to launch it. My course mentions how important community is, so it made complete sense to launch it where community is built-in to the offering. By attending various how-to support sessions, and with the help of the Customer Support dedicated to Path to Pro Members, I was able to design my Community Member site and upload my Course by mid-December. I did launch on January 1, 2025. I have never worked so quickly on an important project, ever. I'm such a tortoise.
Although I can build my Community in an infinite amount of ways, I stuck to my vision of creating a vibrant and playful yet elegant space. By using Canva for all my graphics, I can quickly customize my spaces, pages, icons, and blog posts with my branded colors. And the built-in customizable Landing Page is incredibly helpful!
What do I like most about Mighty Networks? It's a tie: 1) The amount of on-going support from the Mighty Team, with challenges, summits, office hours, and weekly strategic sessions, and especially the "Need Help" angels who answer every question whenever I get stuck. Even though I am working by myself, I am not creating this on my own. So much credit goes to the amount of resources (actual humans) dedicated to helping Hosts succeed. And 2) The fact that Mighty Networks is truly a platform for community-building and encouragement amongst its members. The IT team is creating AI features that are nothing less than extraordinary. AND the entire platform comes from a place of generosity, connection, and nurturing support - not shocking that it was founded by a woman. YAY Gina Bianchini! She, Tim Herby, and Tom Aaron have collaborated brilliantly. I can't wait for more people to become familiar with Mighty. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Again, it's the TIMING. It's new enough that my members, peers, and friends need a hand-held walkthrough at first. But that comes with learning any new environment. I'm sure we were all intimidated back in the day when we first logged onto customizable spaces we invited others to join - online spaces have come a long way and the future is bright here on Mighty Networks. Mighty allows the host to set up their community platform exactly as they desire. I had researched for months and explored multiple platforms even settling on a different one originally. After multiple challenges with a different platform I then chose Mighty and it was a massive relief! The set up was beyond easy allowing me to customize every detail. I host a community of women who desire growth, healing, and meaningful contribution and wanted our online space to reflect that. Our community LOVES the look and feel of our app and have found it easy to navigate and find all our resources, upcoming events, chats, and regular posts. It's easy for them to connect with other members as well as engage with the larger group. We have some members who do not engage with social media but are present on our app because of the positive vibe and authentic connections. Mighty is a visionary brand, desiring a world in which people feel known, and can be connected to communities relevent to their needs and desires. After signing up and receiving the FREE book by founder Gina Bianchini, Purpose, where she reflects the values and vision of Mighty Networks, I found myself in tears. Here was a technology whose foundation is based in values similar to mine--that love and belonging are our greatest needs, and community is the best way to empower change for all. I HIGHLY recommend Mighty Networks especially if your first priority is community! The past several years have made it abundantly clear that above all, it's essential for us to come together. You will love the way you get to do that with the Mighty App! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Just a couple of minor details that are not make-or-break. The app limits how many members can be messaged in a chat at once. And when replying to someone in a group chat it will be saved in a separate chat which makes it tougher to find the original stream. I'm sure these are kinks that will one day be worked out and improved up so that group chats become better organized and simpler to review. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Mighty Networks understands that an authentic virtual community includes exploring, learning, sharing, connecting and transforming. The Mighty Networks platform and support team actually 'walk the talk' by providing network hosts a community of our own and actually engage and listen to what we need to help our communities grow and thrive. With all the features available there is so much to learn about the platform! It takes quite an investment in resources and time to understand and extract all the value from the technology and the consulting team. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

what i appreciate about MN is the hands-on vibe that i have felt since i jumped onto their 30-day challenge. right out of the gate i didn't feel like i was treated like a commodity-- i was being treated as a builder of a community and they were there with the keys to help me do it. seriously? they're as advertised. there's no lipstick or ez pass. sweat equity is required, but they are right there helping and cheering on along the way. if i've had any problems, i have answers within 24 hours and the sky doesn't fall. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

For years, I hosted my community of podcasters and content creators in a Facebook group. But one BIG thing that always stood in our way was distraction. Now, in our Mighty Network community, Podcasters Connect, people know when they enter, they're not going to get bombarded by all the distractions that come with typical social media.
I also love that I can host my membership and my products all in one place. The ecosystem effect of having our products available for members to see creates an urgency to buy when they visit, "Oh, that member has all these products? They must be good! I'll check them out, too!"
Other digital course platforms don't do that.
Also, customer support was incredible! We had issues migrating a member over, and the Mighty Team was on top of it so fast. It made my member feel completely taken care of.
But what I love most about Mighty Networks is the simplicity of the platform. It's not overwhelming for me as the host, and it's easy for new members (even super non-techy ones!) to use it one day!
I've already migrated all my products, and I'm not looking back! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The one challenge I have with Mighty Networks is the "Plan" system. It's been harder to migrate existing customers to the platform than I initially thought. But I'm slowly getting the hang of it.
It would be better if there was a more visible aspect to this (maybe a workflow of sorts) to ensure we're mapping people to the right products. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

With Mighty Networks, you can deeply serve your clients and community because you are not hassling with a ton of disparate software.
Foster community, offer courses or groups, and private or public spaces. Host events. Go live. Have focused valuable ongoing interactions so you see real time what your clients resonate with, want and need, so you can delight them with your offerings.
All in one place, and you get away from the energy and time suck of social media. I love the mobile app and use it all the time.
Your landing pages, payment plans and portals are all included, as well as analytics so you can see the health of your network. Mighty Networks also integrates with what I think is the best email marketing software out there - ConvertKit (now Kit) - so you can send emails and segment customers.
Not familiar with how to do any of this? Their courses show you how to design, brand and set up your Network. And there are a ton of use cases to see how others have figured things out.
I've been a Mighty Networks super user since the started, and have set up several for my clients. I love how MN brings us legacy users along as they continually improve the power of this software. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
My clients are not into gamification, so I don't resonate with or use this feature. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I got round to using Mighty Networks when I needed a platform that could serve my community. I wanted to deliver courses, maintain private members and charge fees. Might Networks turned our perfect because of it's ease of customization, fit for purpose templates bases on the plan being subscribed for and smooth UI.
I was also able to integrate Zoom easily and schedule Zoom calls from within Mighty Networks. Rolling out and updating my courses was a breeze. It is so easy to implement.
Mighty Networks response is great even within the platform itself. And the frequest support and learning sessions are useful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I was unable to use African payment platforms to configure my payments. I had to resort to an approval workflow that involved issuing invoices. Mighty Networks is still restricted to America's Stripe which is not easy to use in Africa.
While I could schedule Zoom meeting within Mighty Networks, I still had to use Zoom for the meetings. Embeding live meetings within Mighty Networks does not seem available. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

See, the thing about actual communities, is that its all about the people. The relationships. The connection. The belonging. It isn't even about the content or the topic... the topic is just the campfire we're gathered around. But the community is the relationships. And, I love that mighty pointed all of their AI stuff a helping people discover and connect with one another. Not pumping out more noisy content. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I don't think they charge too much for the value they provide... but if I have to find something to dislike, I just wish the higher level plans were more affordable. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
