miEdge is a sales intelligence platform that helps insurance agencies, brokers, and insurers market precisely and sell efficiently. Unlike generic sales intelligence tools, miEdge provides comprehensive, insurance-specific prospect profiles for employee benefits and both commercial property and casualty and personal lines coverage. miEdge aggregates, normalizes, and enriches millions of data points from dozens of sources—from company or household demographic data to policies in force to OSHA inspections. Insurance agencies and brokers use this data to run targeted prospecting campaigns and sell with a deep understanding of client needs. Insurers use miEdge to identify the best-fit agency and brokerage partners. miEdge integrates with customer relationship management systems such as Microsoft Dynamics or Salesforce. It also connects with virtually any tech stack via its RESTful API. **What do you like best about miEdge?**

What I like best about miEdge is the ability to quickly access accurate Medicare and insurance agent data in one place. The platform makes it easy to research agents, agencies, and market opportunities, which saves a significant amount of time compared to manual prospecting. I also appreciate the detailed filtering options that help identify targeted leads and the insights that support business growth and recruiting efforts. The information is organized, easy to navigate, and helps me make more informed decisions when building relationships and expanding my business.

**What do you dislike about miEdge?**

One area that could be improved is the user interface. While the platform provides a lot of valuable data and insights, there can be a learning curve for new users when navigating all of the available features and filters. Additional onboarding resources, guided tutorials, or AI-powered search recommendations could make it even easier to find information quickly. That said, once you become familiar with the platform, it becomes a powerful tool for prospecting and market research.

miEdge helps me solve the challenge of finding accurate, targeted insurance and Medicare market data without spending hours researching multiple sources. It allows me to identify agents, agencies, and market opportunities more efficiently, which improves my prospecting efforts and helps me focus on the right opportunities. The biggest benefit is the time savings and increased productivity. Instead of manually gathering information, I can quickly access the insights I need to make informed business decisions, build strategic relationships, and grow my book of business more effectively.

I like that miEdge is easy to use and saves a lot of time. The data is well-organized, which helps improve our day-to-day operations. What stands out most to me with miEdge is how insurance specific it is. It is built for insurance brokers, produces, and agencies. That makes the date more useful in day to day prospecting.

**What do you dislike about miEdge?**

One of the big drawbacks is that there is a learning curve, because the platform has so much data and filtering capabilities, it can feel overwhelming. Data accuracy can also vary sometimes. Cost can also be high.

Integration set up with CRMs that require extra configuration and cleanup.

I like that miEdge is always adding more databases and information. It's really helpful because it prevents me from going in blind, and as more data is added, I'm more likely to find a pain point that I can assist with.

**What do you dislike about miEdge?**

I don't like the cost per seat. There are definitely cheaper competitors, and it became harder to justify the ROI. It could all really be just one service; the segmentation is to sell each module. The initial setup wasn't the hardest, but it took a little to learn it.

**What problems is miEdge solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use miEdge mainly for prospecting and tracking accounts. It continuously adds databases and info, helping me find pain points to assist with.

Without even clicking on the company you can see from the main page whether a company is self-funded, when their plan year is, what their fundings look like and so much more

**What do you dislike about miEdge?**

it's a little clunky if you don't have your browser in full screen. it does not shrink down and adjust to the size of the window you're using.

**What problems is miEdge solving and how is that benefiting you?**

for my company, it helps us know when other companies are roughly going through renewals because that benefits us. We can do that by looking at a companies plan year.
