**What do you like best about Microsoft 365?**

Microsoft 365 offers a complete suite of productivity tools that seamlessly integrate with each other. I especially like how easily. Excel and Word are industry standards, and the cloud-based access makes remote work incredibly efficient. The interface is user-friendly and consistent across all devices.

**What do you dislike about Microsoft 365?**

Sometimes the apps take a bit longer to load on lower-end devices, and the licensing structure can be confusing for new users.

**What problems is Microsoft 365 solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps us manage communication, documentation, data analysis, and project collaboration—all from one platform. Teams and Outlook help in seamless internal communication, while Excel and PowerPoint are crucial for reporting and presentations

In Microsoft 365 they have different types of tools for all your needs like Microsoft word, excel, Outlook, OneDrive,PowerPoint, and many more which helps us to do our work more effectively and faster.

**What do you dislike about Microsoft 365?**

Microsoft 365 does not offers a 1 time subscription, so we have to pay for the subscription every month, and there is so much changes in every update so it makes uneasy for the customers to use it.

**What problems is Microsoft 365 solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Microsoft 365 is helping me to manage all the data in a spreadsheet and also helping in scheduling the meetings and messaging to the client.

  ### 34. All in One Package

I don't have to install different tools separately, everything is in one place. The cloud storage keeps my files safe even if my laptop crashes and I can access anytime on multiple devices. There are so many features, so it might feel confusing sometime and the internet connection needs to be very stable.

  ### 38. MS 365 Excellence

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Yamkela M. | IT Admin, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 15, 2025

**What do you like best about Microsoft 365?**

MS 365 is most helpful for organizing everything I need from it into categories that are easy to find and well grouped. The upside is that I can easily search for items I need as well as easily navigate the sections/categories and the help centre is well documented for understanding the different sections capabilities.

**What do you dislike about Microsoft 365?**

When updates are made and sections are changed the how to walk through is not easy to follow. Also, the naming convention for grouped items can be a bit "misleading".

**What problems is Microsoft 365 solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Internal and external business collaboration amongst different teams, easy access to licenses and different subscriptions. Resources and user account management.

  ### 39. Microsoft 365 is Still My Favorite Productivity Suite

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**What do you dislike about Microsoft 365?**

The biggest issue is customer support. There is a slight learning curve, so make sure to read all the help center articles. There are also numerous YouTube videos and third-party websites to assist you.

**What problems is Microsoft 365 solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Allows us to collaborate and communicate smoothly between teams and projects.
