What I like the most about MS 365 is how seamlessly everything works together. The integration between apps like Word, Excel, SharePoint, and OneDrive makes collaboration and file management very smooth. I also really value CoPilot, which helps speed up tasks like writing, summarising, and analysing data. Overall, it makes my daily workflow more efficient and organised. What I dislike about MS 365 is that some features can feel overly complex or unintuitive, especially for new users. Navigation across different tools isn’t always consistent, and it can take time to learn where everything is. Additionally, performance can occasionally be slow, particularly when working with large files or syncing through OneDrive and SharePoint.
