What do you like best about Microsoft Translator?

The tool is well established in the Microsoft ecosystems and Bing. Simple to use. Possibility of creating classes to learn a language. The paid version does not hide features that should be free. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Microsoft Translator?

Not all languages have the same level of translation. In long sentences, the meaning can be lost. Generally speaking, the longer the sentence, the more likely it is to be mistranslated. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Microsoft Translator solving and how is that benefiting you?

By being implemented in Bing it improves its usability. So you can understand things even if the text is in another language. It makes it easy to translate parts of web sites or documents. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Microsoft Translator?

For use by the client or web application, the Translator service transforms a source text from one language to a different target language. Applications for the web, desktop, or mobile can all incorporate translation. The benefits of machine translation typically boil down to two things: it's quicker and less expensive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Microsoft Translator?

The drawback of this is that the quality of translation can range from being wrong to being harmful. In all the target languages, there is a 50,000-character restriction on each translation request. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Microsoft Translator solving and how is that benefiting you?

I translate my Word as well as PDF documents quickly and easily into my familiar language. Real-time conversation translation is also aided by this tool. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Microsoft Translator?

It is a great software which helps the user to translate the content into multiple languages according to their needs. It also takes the audio input and helps the user by giving an easy interface and different types of language translation options. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Microsoft Translator?

The app has limited tools for language translation and conversion. If you are looking to learn a new language it is difficult to learn it through Microsoft translator. It will only translate the provided content and will not suggest any kind of new similar words related to your previous search list. So, users should keep that in mind. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Microsoft Translator solving and how is that benefiting you?

The software generally helps me to communicate with different clients all over the country and even other countries also. It helps to remove the language barrier between two people when they belong to different language backgrounds. A great platforms for language translation and communication. What do you like best about Microsoft Translator?

Conversation is, in my opinion, Microsoft Translator's best feature. I'm in real-time communication with my coworker thanks to our talk. It offers a nice UI and a unique look and feel from other apps. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Microsoft Translator?

Sometimes the meaning of a sentence is altered. Accuracy has to be improved. Other than that, it performs admirably. I'm happy with how the app works. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Microsoft Translator solving and how is that benefiting you?

Assisting me in real-time communication with colleagues from other states. It is quite time-saving. I don't have to translate before sending. Real-time communication is provided. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Microsoft Translator?

MS Translator looks same as Google translator. For a normal user, who translates from his/her mobile, it has a slight edge on its accuracy.

But, it goes far ahead on enterprise support, such as API usage, integration with other Commercial solutions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Microsoft Translator?

It doesn't provide wider language support as its other competitors, so I would be happy if it could improve its reach and support much more languages. That would be sufficient for MS translator to be a first choice. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Microsoft Translator solving and how is that benefiting you?

I had used it yo translate the whole data table (clinical datasets) from a French to English language. Beauty of MS Translator is it could easily integrate with any API supported applications. Therefore my Base SAS tool was able to use the MS Translator APIs and translated the whole datasets within few minutes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Microsoft Translator?

It is easy to use for situations where I need quick translations. It has many languages to choose from as I need. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Microsoft Translator?

It is close to a great solution, but it is not perfect. The transitions can be, at times, not correct. Microsoft has done a great job, but it can not account for dialects people use that are not the standard form. It can not be use for professional translation work. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Microsoft Translator solving and how is that benefiting you?

Communication barrier to allow people to connect without having the language be the stopping point in connecting with each other Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Microsoft Translator?

I work with scientific texts and the translation is not always correct. They are complex terms that are not always translated correctly.

I would like to see improvements in the translation of scientific texts in the area of health Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Microsoft Translator solving and how is that benefiting you?

I know that Microsoft is working on improving the translation of scientific texts. With a little more time I am sure that it will become the reference application Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

(Original )Information
What do you like best about Microsoft Translator?

Group Interactions: The app allows users to engage in a conversation with a large group. It provides a chat code for me to share with anyone else who wants to join the group. Everyone can have a chat in their own language, and everyone else will have their communications translated into their own language. This real-time chat is a significant benefit for businesses since it allows them to communicate with people from all around the world without difficulty.

Website and Skype Interaction: The app's web and Skype integration is another fantastic feature. When the Microsoft Translator program can understand a webpage in a foreign language, you won't have to worry about it. When I use Skype, I may also take advantage of the software's features. When necessary, your conversations with others can be translated. With the translation app's Skype integration, I can communicate with overseas investors and CEOs.

Microsoft has created a user interface that is not only practical but also appealing to the eye. It does not make folks feel professional. It guides people through their chores in easy steps. The visual design is far superior to Google Translate's drab UI. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Microsoft Translator?

Limited Language Support: Only 50 languages are supported by the program. While they may cover the most widely spoken languages around the world, they overlook many others that have few speakers but are nonetheless widely spoken. All reputable language service companies support more than 50 languages and deliver more accurate translations.

One Type of Interpretation: While Microsoft's programs may have a few advantages for businesses, they fall flat when the documents they must translate have nothing to do with enterprises. They can only do one type of interpretation and are not suitable for legal or official documents.

Not Always Accurate: No machine-to-machine translation is 100 percent accurate, and Microsoft's program is no exception. That is, regardless of how many advantages it has, it can be trusted to provide accurate interpretations. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Microsoft Translator solving and how is that benefiting you?

Interprets all Common Vernaculars: While the app does not cover all of the world's languages, it does include a list of all common vernaculars. The software can translate the world's most widely spoken languages, and it does it with ease regardless of the device I use the app on. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
