Teams is a very intuitive and complete tool, the function of avatars and dynamic backgrounds also makes it very user-friendly. I must say that not everything is perfect, we have had call quality issues when many people connect at the same time in a meeting, also if we have two or more Microsoft accounts logged in, it can be a headache, especially because it allows having two versions of Teams installed. **What do you dislike about Microsoft Teams?** Sometimes it is very slow to load, especially if we have two different versions of Teams on the same device. Also, having two or more accounts has been very complicated for me because it is not so visible or intuitive to know which account we are in sometimes. **What problems is Microsoft Teams solving and how is that benefiting you?** Having all the interconnected tools and being multi-device is the most essential for me; being able to take meetings when I'm in the office or from my phone is very helpful.
