**What do you like best about Microsoft Teams Integration for SAP Service Cloud?**

With this integration, we can see the sap service cloud details in calender of teams easily. We can see these reports and overview of it during teams call and dont need to shift to main tab we can see it in side panel at meeting which is very easy to access while someone sharing his screen. its one of the best integration provide by sap and teams

As of now there is no dislike as it is able satisfy requirement.

**What problems is Microsoft Teams Integration for SAP Service Cloud solving and how is that benefiting you?**

While discussing with customer, I am able to acces sap service details from side panels of meeting which helps to complete discussion with customer smoothly without any interruption. It reduced lots of overwork.
