For example, there are lots of paypal scams so it quarantines actual paypal messages too.

So everything has false positives right? OK, but now I have to go and look at all the phishing emails anyway since I don't know which are actually phishing. So what do I see when I go to the portal to block/release? Nothing, I can just view the raw headers myself.

It should clearly show the analysis of the headers such as SPF and DKIM since it's totally impossible to know whether a from address is spoofed without this info. In my opinion, Automated Investigation and Response could be more advanced and efficient. Quite a few times, I came cross false positives which were really pain in the neck.
