What do you like best about Microsoft PowerPoint?

Microsoft PowerPoint is one of the best software for creating professional as well as visually appealing presentation with a very wide range of templates, formats and animations. Other best thing about PowerPoint is that it's integration with onedrive which helps in cloud usage as well as team collaboration on a same presentation or project. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Microsoft PowerPoint?

Some dislikes if I have to list will be that some PowerPoint lags or does not sync when 3-4 person are working together on the same presentation online which definitely hinders in collaboration and work efficiency. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Microsoft PowerPoint?

What I like most about Microsoft PowerPoint is its ease of use. This makes it accessible to anyone because it has the right balance between simplicity and essential functions.

It works excellently well and without problems with Word, Excel and Teams, which greatly improves my productivity. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Microsoft PowerPoint?

What I don't like is that for presentations that are very large with high resolution images, videos or animations, they can be a bit slow, especially on older computers. This can cause some slides to not display correctly or a slide to scroll by without you noticing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Microsoft PowerPoint?

1. Very good software to make presentations probably the best ones I have used so far.

2. There are a plethora of designs to choose from including text fonts, text colors, smart arts etc. Slides can be designed very easily.

3. There is a great feature called Designer which automatically suggests designs to your slides so we need not spend time designing them. And the designs it suggests are really good.

4. From business presentations to academic presentations in conferences and workshops, its one of the best tool to use.

Highly recommended software for presentation purposes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Microsoft PowerPoint?

1. MS Office paid version is a little expensive for students.

2. Size adjustment of slides can be made more smooth. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Microsoft PowerPoint?

1. Features like merging audio & video.

2. Userfriendly

3. Online support & training.

4. It contains a large number of templates & other in-built functions as compare to other software for similar use.

5. Ease of sharing and presenting the file. The newer version also can share the file as pdf or save it over the cloud.

6. It also has good compatibility with other software, which makes the work faster & easier. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Microsoft PowerPoint?

It gets slow or requires higher memory when we have a more significant number of slides.

Most of the themes and templates are repetitive.

We cannot do analysis or make art or charts within itself. For that, we will have to import it from excel. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Microsoft PowerPoint?

I think that it is easy to use and it is very professional for my jobs. I can make money with this software by using it to design the slides for my clients or selling the sildes on working market freelance. It is support lot of themes and tool for my job. I tested lots of the software about making slide. I think that the product of Microsoft is the number one. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Microsoft PowerPoint?

I think that it is price. The price should lower or have discount coupon. I like this software to have the functions as speech to text or text to speech for English and Vietnamese. I feel that it is a little difficult to use this software on the mobile phone, i hope that it will be improved more in the future. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Microsoft PowerPoint?

Microsoft PowerPoint has the adaptability to one of my favourite features. With PowerPoint, users may create a vast array of presentations, from straightforward and educational to intricate and eye-catching. The program is a perfect tool for a cariety of uses, including corporate meetings, educational lectures, and even personal projects because of its versatility in terms of style, layout, and content.

The easy integration of PowerPoint with other Microsoft Offive programs, especially Word and Excel, is another feature I like. Thanks to this connectivity, users can quickly and simply create interesting and educational slides by including data, charts, and tables from various applications into their presentations. What do you dislike about Microsoft PowerPoint?

Although PowerPoint is relatively simple to use, inexperienced users may find its sophisticated featuers and functionalities daunting. For some users, mastering these functions might be a barrier because it takes a lot of time and effort. PowerPoint might be limited in terms of customisation even though it provides a wide selection of templates and design possibilities. Because of the software's limited selection of pre-made layouts and templates, users could find it challenging to produce really original and personalised designs.
