How do I provide access to non-office 365 users without LDAP? WE have other users who are not part of the company... but need to use power BI reports.. how do I share it with them and have them take a look at the solution?

I've searched the internet for ages to find a solution, but it appears to me that I have to use Microsoft cloud.
Is it possible to host my data and dashboard on my local server (not in the cloud) ?
