I used to create and manage all the reporting on Excel before, I started using Power Bi 4 years ago. I have spent days and months on Excel to create these reports and was still not confident enough that the output is appropriate. Power Bi has enabled me to create reports and dashboards within hours with precision. I was sharing Excel reports through Outlook emails which again consumed a lot of time and I'd end up sharing large-sized files on multiple emails and if there were any errors I'd have to rectify and resend all emails. Now I just publish the report and provide access to all the users and its done. Saves a lot of time and is very efficient. ### 4. It could have been layered based on usage, so you pay according to how much you actually use it. We are a small, family owned company that still has quite a few people in the office so it is tough to get an individual Power BI license for each person. We love Power BI, however, as the ERP system we have that houses everything for our company, does not have good reports to pull for data. Power BI helps us organize our data much better for what we want to see: for sales, operations, etc. **What do you dislike about Microsoft Power BI Embedded?** Can be a little time-consuming to figure out without an IT background. **What problems is Microsoft Power BI Embedded solving and how is that benefiting you?** We are now able to pull all the data we need into charts, graphs, etc. from our ERP system and use that to manage our business.
