## Microsoft Power Apps Reviews
  ### 1. Great Tool for Automating and Centralising Data

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Accounting | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 26, 2026

**What do you like best about Microsoft Power Apps?**

It helps centralise data and automate manual process while it is very compatible with other Microsoft apps like excel.

**What do you dislike about Microsoft Power Apps?**

The interface can be a bit confusing at first and there is a learning curve if you are not very technical. Some advanced features require premium licenses which can increase the cost. Also, performance can sometimes be slow when handling large datasets.

**What problems is Microsoft Power Apps solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps us reduce manual work by digitising processes and centralising data in one place. Instead of using multiple spreadsheets and emails, we can automate workflows and track everything more efficiently. This saves time, reduces errors, and improves overall productivity in our team.

  ### 2. Building complex apps in days in your current Microsoft environment in Power Apps is just GREAT

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Gabriel G. | Product Consultant, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 08, 2025

**What do you like best about Microsoft Power Apps?**

It's already embedded in your current Microsoft environment, which makes it easy to integrate with everything you already use where in combination with Power Automate you can do wonders in hours. It allows scalability to a certain extent by leveraging Dataverse, so you can build apps that even use complex data. It's pretty easy to learn as it's like an excel for apps, but using UI elements as well as formulas.

**What do you dislike about Microsoft Power Apps?**

I think is big room to improve the looking of the different elements of Power Apps, the buttons can't even be rounded for example. Hence, integrations like Figma doensn't make sense if in the end you can't even use it's design power.

**What problems is Microsoft Power Apps solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helped us building several apps for our sales, HR and Procurement teams. For HR a lot of manual processes were automated by combining Power Apps with Power Automate where we created spaces where we sent data automatically to a file, where we sent documents automatically or signing processes with Docusign were almost automated fully. For sales we created an app for the biggest sales rep event of the company where we shown the event map, what to expect, where to go, time of events and we even allowed them to register times to eat for that event. For Procurement we created apps where we made processes for asking procurement team escalations easier and faster.

  ### 3. Seamless Microsoft 365 Integration and Effortless App Development

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Shashank G. | Graduate Teaching Assistant, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 24, 2025

**What do you like best about Microsoft Power Apps?**

The seamless integration with the entire Microsoft 365 ecosystem (especially SharePoint and Excel) is the best feature. It allows for rapid application development and easy deployment to internal teams without requiring a background in traditional coding.

**What do you dislike about Microsoft Power Apps?**

The licensing model can be quite complex and expensive to scale for larger organizations. Additionally, the platform can suffer from performance issues or lag when apps become too complex or when trying to load very large datasets.

**What problems is Microsoft Power Apps solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Power Apps helps us eliminate manual, paper-based processes and fragmented data entry. By allowing us to quickly build custom low-code tools, we have streamlined internal workflows, reduced human error, and saved significant development time compared to traditional software solutions.

  ### 4. Good automation, but not comprehensive enough

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Stefan I.

**Reviewed Date:** December 04, 2025

**What do you like best about Microsoft Power Apps?**

Although I don't use Microsoft Power Apps intensively, I have had good experiences with Power Automate. I particularly appreciate the user-friendliness, as it is easy to learn. This was especially helpful during my time as an automation engineer, where I automated business processes with Power Automate. I found this functionality quite effective, as it made task automation easier.

**What do you dislike about Microsoft Power Apps?**

It is not very extensive and does not support all programs. When I used Power Automate, it controlled other apps, but it just doesn't work that well.

**What problems is Microsoft Power Apps solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I think Microsoft Power Apps can be helpful for automating things, such as notifications in Teams for transactions.

  ### 5. Great products! Thanks, Microsoft!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Chad M. | Digital Product Owner, Finance and Accounting, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 07, 2025

**What do you like best about Microsoft Power Apps?**

I like how easy it is to build and deploy apps quickly without needing heavy coding skills. Power Apps integrates seamlessly with other Microsoft tools like Teams, SharePoint, and Power BI, which makes it simple to connect data and streamline processes. The templates and low-code features save a lot of time, and it empowers business users to create solutions themselves instead of relying solely on IT.

**What do you dislike about Microsoft Power Apps?**

Sometimes performance can be slow, especially with more complex apps or larger datasets. Advanced customizations often require technical expertise, which can be a challenge for business users who expect a fully no-code experience. Licensing costs can also add up quickly for organizations as usage scales.

**What problems is Microsoft Power Apps solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Power Apps helps us digitize manual processes and replace spreadsheets or paper-based workflows with simple, user-friendly apps. It allows teams to quickly prototype and launch solutions without waiting on long IT development cycles. By connecting directly to data sources like SharePoint, Excel, and Dataverse, it centralizes information and reduces duplication of work. The biggest benefit has been faster turnaround times, improved collaboration, and giving non-technical users the ability to create tools that fit their needs.

  ### 6. A Game-Changer for No-Code App Development

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Olivia S. | Senior Risk Management Analyst, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 06, 2025

**What do you like best about Microsoft Power Apps?**

Microsoft Power Apps makes building business apps surprisingly simple, even for those without a technical background. I like that it’s intuitive to use, integrates seamlessly with Microsoft 365 and other data sources, and offers a wide range of templates to get started quickly. The ease of implementation is a major plus — you can go from idea to functional app in hours, not weeks. Customer support and documentation are strong, which helps when tackling more advanced features. While I use it frequently for workflow automation and data collection, I’ve found it flexible enough to scale across teams. Its integration with Power Automate and Dynamics makes it even more powerful, giving organizations a unified toolset to modernize processes without heavy IT lift.

**What do you dislike about Microsoft Power Apps?**

While Power Apps is powerful, the learning curve can sneak up on you once you move beyond the basics. Some advanced features require a mix of coding knowledge and workarounds, which can be frustrating for non-developers. Pricing can also add up quickly for organizations scaling across many users. Additionally, app performance can lag when dealing with very large datasets, and integration outside the Microsoft ecosystem isn’t always as seamless as advertised.

**What problems is Microsoft Power Apps solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Power Apps helps eliminate manual, repetitive processes by turning them into automated, user-friendly applications. For me, it’s solved problems like data collection, approvals, and reporting that used to live in endless spreadsheets or email chains. The benefit is faster turnaround times, fewer errors, and better visibility into business operations. It also empowers teams to create their own solutions without waiting on IT, which saves time and boosts productivity across the board.

  ### 7. Easy to use business App builder.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Amr a. | Data Solution Architect, Information Technology and Services, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 22, 2025

**What do you like best about Microsoft Power Apps?**

Microsoft Power Apps allows my team to build and customize apps tailored to our workflow needs using a visual drag-and-drop editor, with no deep expertise in app development or automation required. It offers pre-built components and templates for common workflows, along with built-in AI that suggests design elements and automation steps. This helps us build apps quickly, using an optimal structure to meet our goals.

**What do you dislike about Microsoft Power Apps?**

The drag-and-drop canvas makes the interface easy to use, but that ease comes at the cost of performance. The designer is packed with graphical components, which can slow down app development and editing

**What problems is Microsoft Power Apps solving and how is that benefiting you?**

PowerApps helps my team quickly build and update custom apps tailored to our workflow needs, mainly to access and interact with data across various tools and platforms. We create apps that centralize our data in one easy-to-use interface, supported by AI assistants we build using Copilot Studio.

The pre-built connectors and third-party integrations allow us to find and access information wherever it's stored (often across different systems) without duplicating files or manually pulling data from multiple sources.

The mobile-friendly interface helps our sales teams stay productive on the go. For example, they can quickly retrieve data from past projects to create tailored case studies or client-ready content, saving time and improving performance.

  ### 8. Flexible Tool with Endless Possibilities

I find Microsoft Power Apps enables fast implementations of requirements with built-in features, letting me build apps quickly and efficiently.

  ### 12. Review of Microsoft Power Apps

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sangayya H. | Enterprise Engineer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 02, 2025

**What do you like best about Microsoft Power Apps?**

The best thing about Microsoft Power Apps, in my opinion, is that it enables users to quickly create unique business apps utilizing a low-code platform, even if they lack extensive programming experience. It is very adaptable for developing apps that automate procedures, optimize workflows, and boost productivity because of its user-friendly drag-and-drop interface, smooth connection with Microsoft 365 tools (such as Teams, Excel, and SharePoint), and more than 500 data connectors. Furthermore, developers have more freedom to manage intricate data relationships and create interfaces because to its support for both canvas and model-driven programs, all in a safe and expandable environment.

By providing a low-code platform that enables customers to create custom applications rapidly without requiring considerable coding knowledge, Microsoft Power Apps is addressing the issue of slow and expensive app creation. This helps me by increasing efficiency, automating manual activities, and facilitating a quicker digital transformation. I can develop apps that are customized to meet certain business requirements, such as dashboards, approval workflows, or data entry forms, which will save time and lessen reliance on IT departments.

  ### 15. Efficient, User-Friendly, Needs a Free Version

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jonathan F. | Workforce Supervisor, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

I enjoy creating applications easily without needing extensive documentation, which streamlines my workflow significantly. The application has enabled me to manage tasks effectively, enhancing team coordination and communication.

**What do you dislike about Microsoft Power Apps?**

I find the lack of a free version of Microsoft Power Apps limiting, which could deter potential users from becoming interested. If there was a free version, even with basic functionalities, it could significantly increase user engagement and interest. This limitation impacts my likelihood to recommend the app fully, as I would rate it higher if a free version existed. Additionally, I feel that certain features should be available in a more limited form, tailored for a free version, allowing broader access without a Microsoft license.

**Reviewed by:** Sayan Muhammad R. | Monitoring and Evaluation Officer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 03, 2025

**What do you like best about Microsoft Power Apps?**

I use Power BI and MS Teams for work. Both these tools are quite easy to use, accessible and allow seamless integration across multiple platforms. In particular, Power BI has made making sense of actionable data much easier for colleagues with whom otherwise data conversations would have proven difficult.

  ### 24. PowerApp

**Rating:** 2.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** James W. | Management Staff, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 25, 2025

**What do you like best about Microsoft Power Apps?**

Power Apps is highly customizable for virtually any business application. It is highly useful for creating dynamic forms and custom project tools. It is able to integrate with Office365 applications to make entries more user friendly. For the lay person, a properly built powerapp can increase efficiency and compliance with their user inputs.

**What do you dislike about Microsoft Power Apps?**

Power Apps has a very steep learning curve. Most resources I've found helpful have been on Youtube. Microsoft does have extremely detailed documentation, but understanding exactly what documentation is useful takes significant amount of research

**What problems is Microsoft Power Apps solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps to streamline business processes. When the powerapp is functional and ergonomically designed, it makes communication and collaboration simplified when paired with Powerautomate and PowerBI.

  ### 25. Great for automation

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Automotive | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 25, 2025

**What do you like best about Microsoft Power Apps?**

As a new IT professional, I've been using Microsoft Power Apps to enhance my workflows. I am not an expert in Powershell, but powerapps allowed me to connect sharepoint and other O365 apps to automate redundant procedures. I was also able to create an application on my iPhone, coupled with a barcode scanner to scan our assets and automatically upload the data to sharepoint.

**What do you dislike about Microsoft Power Apps?**

The lack of instructions and resources is what makes Power Apps a little difficult to use. I'm resorting to old videos on youtube, or very vaguely similar docs/forums that cover what I may need. If there was a better learning center that shows you real world applications, it'd be a much better tool.

**What problems is Microsoft Power Apps solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We were able to use power apps to record all of our assets using a barcode scanner. This saved our org thousands of dollars, as well as saved me a ton of time versus manually uploading all of our assets.

It's simplicity to create applications on the cloud. Without coding complexities.

**What do you dislike about Microsoft Power Apps?**

So easy-to-use that people rely on this most of the time. We need to understand it's purpose and case of use

**What problems is Microsoft Power Apps solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's providing you to understand programming foundation while solving business lack of infrastructure/specify business needs

  ### 27. Easy to Use, User-Friendly, and Great for Daily Use

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ana R. | OSS Engineer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 11, 2026

**What do you like best about Microsoft Power Apps?**

They’re pretty easy to use and user-friendly to understand. I use them on a daily basis.

**What do you dislike about Microsoft Power Apps?**

I don’t really have much to add. They’re easy to maintain, and anyone can use them without much trouble.

**What problems is Microsoft Power Apps solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps automate time-consuming tasks such as invoice approvals, report generation, and data entry.

  ### 28. Blazing Fast MVPs and Effortless M365 Integration

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Financial Services | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 05, 2025

**What do you like best about Microsoft Power Apps?**

Blazing speed for MVPs: Drag-and-drop builds citizen dev apps that business users actually adopt without IT bottlenecks.
Ecosystem superpower: If your stack is M365-heavy (like most insurance clients), connectors make integration a breeze—no custom APIs needed

**What do you dislike about Microsoft Power Apps?**

UI rigidity: Custom UX? Forget pixel-perfect designs; it's template-bound and offline support is meh.
Vendor lock-in: Non-Microsoft shops feel the pain—it's optimized for Azure/Dynamics, not hybrid worlds

**What problems is Microsoft Power Apps solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I find Power Apps a game-changer for low-code/no-code because it lets business folks like us build functional apps via drag-and-drop without touching code, turning ideas into MVPs in hours instead of waiting on devs.

  ### 29. Great for quick apps, but expect a learning curve

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Rodrigo C. | Regular Executive, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 21, 2025

**What do you like best about Microsoft Power Apps?**

What I like best is how quickly I can turn an idea into a working app. I don’t need to wait on IT or a developer for weeks if I need a form, a tracker, or something that connects to SharePoint or Excel, I can usually build it myself in a few hours

**What do you dislike about Microsoft Power Apps?**

Sometimes it feels slower than it should be, especially when the app is pulling from large data sources.

**What problems is Microsoft Power Apps solving and how is that benefiting you?**

For us, Power Apps helps replace a lot of the manual Excel files and paper forms we used to rely on. Things like tracking requests, approvals, or basic data entry that used to take forever are now faster and less error-prone. It’s not that we built some fancy app, but even simple automations save us a ton of back and forth.

  ### 30. A flexible low-code tool to automate business processes

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Tiago P. | Product Marketing Manager na Databox, Informática SA, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 08, 2026

**What do you like best about Microsoft Power Apps?**

Its ease of use and ease of implementation. It allows quick creation of functional apps and integrates well with other Microsoft services.

**What do you dislike about Microsoft Power Apps?**

Some limitations in the number of advanced features and increased complexity when scaling larger solutions.

**What problems is Microsoft Power Apps solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It addresses the need to quickly build internal applications with easy integration and lower development effort, improving process efficiency and reducing reliance on traditional development.

  ### 31. Great for quick data funnels

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Julius S. | Data Engineer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 09, 2025

**What do you like best about Microsoft Power Apps?**

I like how the user is able to create input. It allows for user generated data to then be exported via things like power automate to for example a data lake. As a Data engineer, it’s a great tool for me to essentially create mini user generated pipelines.

**What do you dislike about Microsoft Power Apps?**

I dislike it for development of real applications. There’s too many limitations on data export capabilities like row count. Even getting past that, it’s just a challenge as opposed to actually making an application with code. Maybe others have had different experience or more experience with the matter but when it gets posed as this “no-code, low code, application making tool” it makes in my experience some business leaders heighten their expectations on timelines to finished products.

**What problems is Microsoft Power Apps solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It solves data pipeline constraints in the past of being able to take user input and getting curated exports from users from power BI to our data lake as it can work in conjunction with Power BI now.

  ### 32. Useful for Projects but Needs to Be More Intuitive

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Clàudia F. | Medical Writer | Content Developer (on behalf of MSD)

**Reviewed Date:** January 07, 2026

**What do you like best about Microsoft Power Apps?**

I like that Microsoft Power Apps allows me to find and track projects easily. I also appreciate that a lot of content can be saved and that it offers many options.

**What do you dislike about Microsoft Power Apps?**

Many times it is too complex and difficult to make it work. It would be useful if it were more intuitive and had a tutorial.

**What problems is Microsoft Power Apps solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It allows me to organize and easily find the projects in the company and to track them.

  ### 33. It's a great place to integrate everything - Power Platform, Power Pages, Power Automate, the works

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Services | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 04, 2025

**What do you like best about Microsoft Power Apps?**

I like how it nicely ties all the Microsoft Power universe together. It's easy to access Power Automate, Power Pages, Power Platform, and everything else. Because of this, I use it at least weekly, and have gotten to the point where it's somewhat easy to implement solutions without needing help or support.

**What do you dislike about Microsoft Power Apps?**

There are a lot of features which non developers can't figure out straight out of the box. It does take some getting used to and non technical people might need a helping hand and mentoring along the way. The license costs do get prohibitive if you need some of the more advanced connectors.

**What problems is Microsoft Power Apps solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We can get up basic forms and applications in a relatively short period of time.

  ### 34. Good

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Telecommunications | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 06, 2025

**What do you like best about Microsoft Power Apps?**

It is really nice for building small internal apps that simplify day-to-day work for the organization. It is nice that the apps do not need to go through an app store for approval. We have probably 6 apps that we use internally on a regular basis. It is nice to have all of the prebuilt connectors.

**What do you dislike about Microsoft Power Apps?**

The licensing can be a barrier. If you want to use a premium connector, it can become very expensive for the organization. Simple apps are easy to build, the hard part is making complicated apps or making apps look pretty.

**What problems is Microsoft Power Apps solving and how is that benefiting you?**

They help use by removing paper processes.

  ### 35. Easy-to-Use Microsoft Power Apps with a Straightforward, User-Friendly Experience

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sethlyn T. | Business Intelligence Analyst, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 05, 2026

**What do you like best about Microsoft Power Apps?**

Microsoft Power Apps are very easy to use, and I find the overall experience straightforward and user-friendly.

**What do you dislike about Microsoft Power Apps?**

I think the subscription plans are expensive.

**What problems is Microsoft Power Apps solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It makes creating my posts on LinkedIn easier and faster, which saves me time and helps me stay consistent.

  ### 36. Enhanced block coding (Power Automate)

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Daniel S. | Digital Support, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 16, 2025

**What do you like best about Microsoft Power Apps?**

I'm particularly fond of using Power Automate. I've set up multiple flows that handle task reminders, follow-ups, and email alerts. It takes care of the little things so I can focus on the bigger stuff.

**What do you dislike about Microsoft Power Apps?**

Power Automate is fantastic, but some features that I feel should be implemented aren't there. For example, in update task for teams planner they should have a Boolean for displaying notes. Overall, I think it needs to have a suggestions section for each function, although I don't know how they manage them.

**What problems is Microsoft Power Apps solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Automating task management for my team and others.
Setting up reminders for individuals.
Extracting data from spreadsheets.

  ### 37. Excellent Low Code tool

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** RISHIT U. | Product Manager, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 12, 2025

**What do you like best about Microsoft Power Apps?**

It is completely configurable. Power Apps makes it very easy to create modern workflows. Apps can be developed easily and rapidly by people with low dev experience. It is a very effective as a partner tool to an ERP. I especially like Power BI which reduces my manual reporting.

**What do you dislike about Microsoft Power Apps?**

It is very expensive if you need Dataverse. The automations do end up taking time and some permissions can be very annoying.

**What problems is Microsoft Power Apps solving and how is that benefiting you?**

1. I used it for data collection across my factory.
2. It reduces my manual reporting.
3. Helps with custom workflows which my ERP cannot handle.

  ### 38. Microsoft Power Apps Turns Business Needs Into Solutions—Fast

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Pharmaceuticals | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 27, 2026

**What do you like best about Microsoft Power Apps?**

What I like best about Microsoft Power Apps is its ability to quickly turn business needs into working solutions without heavy development.

**What do you dislike about Microsoft Power Apps?**

I can’t think of anything as of my current usage.

**What problems is Microsoft Power Apps solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps automate manual processes, centralize data, and connect systems like Microsoft 365 and SharePoint. For me, it improves efficiency, reduces repetitive tasks, and allows quicker delivery of solutions without needing full-scale development resources.

  ### 39. Solid platform with great integration potential

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Divya J. | Database Administrator, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 24, 2025

**What do you like best about Microsoft Power Apps?**

As a DBA, I’ve mainly used Power Apps to help teams build front-end solutions that sit on top of our SQL databases or Dataverse.

It's a great tool for quickly spinning up internal apps without relying entirely on dev resources.

Pros:

Seamless integration with Microsoft tools (especially SQL Server, SharePoint, and Teams).

Helps non-technical users create forms and apps with minimal support.

Speeds up delivery of small to mid-sized business solutions.

**What do you dislike about Microsoft Power Apps?**

Performance can dip if the app pulls too much data or if it's not optimized.

Complex logic often requires some Power Fx or working around platform limitations.

Versioning and collaboration features could be more robust.

**What problems is Microsoft Power Apps solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Power Apps helps us solve the constant backlog of internal app requests by enabling teams to build their own tools without needing full-stack development.

From an admin standpoint, it’s especially useful for streamlining processes that used to rely on Excel, paper forms, or email. For example, we’ve used it to create apps for data entry, asset tracking, and approval workflows — all connected securely to our SQL Server or Dataverse backend.

  ### 40. It’s Microsoft - It works, but it’s not great.

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 23, 2025

**What do you like best about Microsoft Power Apps?**

Power Apps is actually pretty awesome when you just need to build something quick without a ton of coding. It works really well with stuff like SharePoint and Excel, so setting things up feels smooth. You can make forms or automate tasks pretty fast, and once you figure it out, it saves you a lot of time. Definitely a solid tool for simple, everyday stuff

**What do you dislike about Microsoft Power Apps?**

Power Apps is cool at first, but it gets annoying real quick. Stuff breaks for no reason, and figuring out why feels like guessing. Making things look good on different screens is a pain, and it slows down when you try to do anything more than basic. It’s “low-code,” but half the time you still need to Google everything.

**What problems is Microsoft Power Apps solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Instead of dealing with clunky spreadsheets or manual processes, I can just build an app that fits exactly what my team needs. It saves time, keeps things more organized, and helps automate small tasks that used to take forever. Overall, it makes everyday work a lot smoother.

  ### 41. Microsoft power apps for quick and easy applications

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** ANTONY A. | Technical Project Manager, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 01, 2025

**What do you like best about Microsoft Power Apps?**

low code no code platform, ease of development in short timespan, good UI, ease of integration with Microsoft platform

**What do you dislike about Microsoft Power Apps?**

performance issues for complex apps and workflows, limited customization options for UI, challenges with debussing and deployment, support etc.

**What problems is Microsoft Power Apps solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Easy development of apps, wase of integration with Microsoft office 365 products especially with Power Automate for automations in backend, AI builder capabilities, etc.

  ### 42. GAme changer for productivity

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Retail | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 19, 2025

**What do you like best about Microsoft Power Apps?**

The biggest plus for me is how user-friendly it is, even for someone who doesn’t have a coding background. I was able to create customized apps for things like tracking inventory and streamlining approvals without needing a developer. The drag-and-drop interface is intuitive, and it connects really well with other Microsoft tools like Excel, SharePoint, and Power Automate. It’s great for turning manual processes into digital workflows pretty quickly.

**What do you dislike about Microsoft Power Apps?**

tThereis a bit of a learning curve once you move beyond the basics—especially if you're trying to add more complex logic or use advanced features. Performance can also be an issue with larger apps or when pulling in multiple data sources. And the licensing model can get a bit expensive depending on the number of users or if you need premium features.

**What problems is Microsoft Power Apps solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before using it, we were relying heavily on spreadsheets, emails, and paper-based approvals—which made it hard to track progress, introduced delays, and created a lot of repetitive work.

With Power Apps, we’ve been able to turn those tasks into simple apps that automate workflows, keep data organized in one place, and ensure real-time visibility for everyone involved. For example, we built an internal app to manage inventory requests, which cut down on back-and-forth emails and reduced errors.

  ### 43. Versatile, Easy-to-Learn Automation—No Programming Needed

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Tobacco | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 04, 2026

**What do you like best about Microsoft Power Apps?**

Its very versatile and easy to learn how to use. You do t need to know how to program to automate and improve your work process

**What do you dislike about Microsoft Power Apps?**

It can feel a bit cookie cutter and feel like there’s not a lot of room of originality. A bit too utilitarian

**What problems is Microsoft Power Apps solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Takes away the need of forms for certain parts of the work process, it collects data which is useful for later analysis, it’s a fast solution

  ### 44. Intuitive UX, Minor Speed Hiccups

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Daniel N. | Senior AI Engineer / Data Scientist

**Reviewed Date:** December 11, 2025

**What do you like best about Microsoft Power Apps?**

I like Microsoft Power Apps for its ability to create easy and intuitive interfaces for users. Getting a good UX with it is great.

**What do you dislike about Microsoft Power Apps?**

It could be faster. Sometimes I feel it's laggy when having drop down selectors or stuff like that.

**What problems is Microsoft Power Apps solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Microsoft Power Apps to create easy, intuitive interfaces for my coworkers, and it helps track certifications among them effectively.

  ### 45. Power apps for low code development

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Aakash S. | Senior Automation Developer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 05, 2025

**What do you like best about Microsoft Power Apps?**

It's a low code based environment and we can develop apps and deploy in lesser time , even the continuous improvement doesn't take too much time.

**What do you dislike about Microsoft Power Apps?**

Taking too much time to synchronise some times. Some functionality like data table is bad, for every timing I have to use gallery. At last the delegation issues. The limit should be increased to 5000 for SharePoint list.
There should be inbuilt functionally screen or controls to create pagination.

**What problems is Microsoft Power Apps solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It takes very lesser time to develop an app due to which we can able to deploy more projects. Also the deployment part is easy and smooth.

  ### 46. Confusing Dynamics Environment That Needs Easier Navigation
