What do you like best about Microsoft Planner?

MS Planner is a great tool for existing MS/Office 365 users who need a basic card (Kanban) task/project management tracker tool. It is very easy to use and it is fully integrated into the rest of the MS suite like Teams and free. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Microsoft Planner?

MS Planner doesn't have as much functionality as other dedicated tools like Monday, Asana, AirTable, etc. Although there are updates to MS Planner, there aren't as many innovative or groundbreaking changes like the main Office 365 products like Word, Excel, and Powerpoint. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Microsoft Planner solving and how is that benefiting you?

We have a daily stand up/status meeting where we check in on the progress of our activities and tasks. Planner works perfectly for it since it is easy to use and cloud-based. We can access the tool from various devices and 100% virtually/remotely as needed. The main benefit our company is realizing is that MS Planner provides excellent virtual collaboration for task management. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
