What do you like best about Microsoft Photos?

The way it can edit your photos with one click for the best image and if you aren't entirely satisfied with that, you can fine-tune it later with the options. Plus you can do a lot more than just that right from the app, like markups and resizing and printing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Microsoft Photos?

I wish they had a spot-fix option and an option to take crapy photos and make them a lot clearer. Maybe they have that option and I just don't know about it, but I have tried. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Microsoft Photos solving and how is that benefiting you?

Photo viewing and photo editing can be done very quickly, espasaily if you have a lot of photos and not enough time to get through them to print them. I can also add my own markups on them, resize them and so on. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Microsoft Photos?

The user-friendly and intuitive interface of Microsoft Photos is one of its best qualities. Users can easily organise, edit, and share their photographs and videos thanks to the app's easy navigation. Another plus is the robust editing tools, which provide a variety of possibilities for precisely enhancing and transforming photographs. OneDrive integration makes it simple to access images from many devices, guaranteeing a seamless process. Additionally, AI-powered capabilities that save time and provide convenience for customers include automatic video creation and intelligent labelling. Overall, Microsoft Photos is a wonderful option for managing and manipulating multimedia files since it finds a solid mix between functionality and simplicity. What do you dislike about Microsoft Photos?

There are a few areas where Microsoft Photos may be enhanced, despite the fact that it delivers a strong collection of capabilities. The performance of the app is one area that needs improvement, particularly when working with lots of photographs or videos. Users with large media libraries may find it frustrating when the application takes a while to load or reply. Additionally, the selection of advanced editing tools could appear constrained in comparison to specialised picture editing software, disappointing professionals or hobbyists looking for a wider choice of creative alternatives. Additionally, the consistency of the user experience may be hampered by the availability of particular functionality on several platforms. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Microsoft Photos solving and how is that benefiting you?

There are several issues with managing and editing photographs and movies that Microsoft photographs resolves. First off, it offers a centralised platform for managing and accessing multimedia information, doing away with the need to trawl through dispersed folders or different programmes. Users that frequently work with big collections of media can save time and streamline their workflow as a result.

Second, consumers may improve their photographs and videos using the robust editing tools provided by Microsoft photographs without needing to have a lot of background knowledge or expertise using editing software designed for professionals. It makes the process of changing colours, using filters, cropping, and making other simple modifications, which produces visually pleasing content, simpler.

Additionally, Microsoft Photos makes use of AI-driven features like intelligent tagging and automatic video creation. This streamlines the process and makes it more convenient by automating some processes, such as creating video montages or identifying people or objects in images.

Users gain additional advantages from the OneDrive integration by having seamless access to their media across devices. Regardless of the device being used, this guarantees that photographs and videos are easily accessible, which is very helpful in today's mobile-centric environment.

Overall, Microsoft Photos provides solutions for basic editing requirements, media organisation, automation, and cross-device compatibility. By addressing these issues, it makes managing and editing photographs and videos simpler. As a result, users gain time savings, increased workflow effectiveness, and improved visual quality of their multimedia output. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Microsoft Photos?

I rely on Microsoft Photos as my go-to tool for editing and enhancing photos and graphics. It offers a seamless and user-friendly experience, making it easy to resize or crop images without the need for external editing apps. The convenience it provides for capturing and editing screenshots is exceptional. I particularly appreciate the doodle feature, which enables me to highlight and circle specific areas of a screenshot, adding emphasis where needed. Additionally, the copy/paste functionality is a real-time-saver. With a simple paste, I can instantly share my screenshot in a Teams chat or email, eliminating the hassle of attaching files.

Microsoft Photos has become an indispensable part of my daily routine, enabling me to efficiently handle various visual tasks. Whether I need to edit personal photos or work on professional graphics, it consistently delivers the tools I need in an intuitive and reliable package.

I've come to rely heavily on Microsoft Photos for my photo and graphic editing needs. It's a user-friendly interface and seamless editing capabilities make it my preferred choice over external editing apps. When it comes to resizing or cropping images, Microsoft Photos offers a streamlined experience that saves me time and effort. However, it's the screenshot functionalities that truly make it stand out.

The doodling feature in Microsoft Photos allows me to easily highlight and draw attention to specific elements within a screenshot. Whether I need to circle an important detail or emphasize a particular section, this feature provides the flexibility and precision I require. Moreover, the copy/paste functionality is a game-changer. I can swiftly paste my edited screenshot directly into a Teams chat or email, bypassing the need to upload it as an attachment.

Overall, Microsoft Photos has become an indispensable tool in my daily workflow. It's comprehensive editing capabilities and seamless integration with other Microsoft applications make it an invaluable asset for handling all my visual editing needs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Microsoft Photos?

While Microsoft Photos offers convenient basic editing features such as resizing and cropping, it falls short when it comes to more advanced photo editing capabilities. For tasks requiring intricate adjustments or advanced effects, I find myself needing to turn to external editing apps.

Although Microsoft Photos excels in providing a seamless experience for simple resizing and cropping tasks, its editing features are limited in comparison to dedicated photo editing software. While it serves as a convenient option for quick and basic edits, it may not meet the requirements of more complex projects or advanced retouching.

To achieve more sophisticated edits or apply intricate effects, I often have to rely on external editing apps that offer a wider range of tools and functionalities. These apps provide a broader selection of features such as layer adjustments, advanced filters, and precise fine-tuning options. They allow me to unleash my creativity and achieve the desired results with greater control and precision.

Despite its limitations in advanced editing, Microsoft Photos remains a useful tool for quick and straightforward resizing or cropping tasks. Its simplicity and integration within the Windows ecosystem make it a convenient choice for basic edits. However, when it comes to more intricate or professional-grade editing, I find it necessary to turn to external editing apps that offer a broader set of capabilities and tools. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
