What I like most about Microsoft Outlook is that it's simple, organized, and easy to use. Unlike Gmail, where long email conversations can sometimes get grouped into a single thread and become confusing, Outlook makes it much easier to view and manage emails. I can quickly find emails from the same sender, check them by date, and track conversations without getting lost.
The search feature is fast, folders and categories help keep my inbox organized, and the calendar integration makes it easy to manage meetings and appointments. Overall, Outlook provides a clean and professional email experience that helps me stay organized and work more efficiently. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
While Microsoft Outlook is a great email platform overall, there are a few areas that could be improved. Sometimes it can feel a bit slow when opening large mailboxes or searching through older emails. Occasionally, email synchronization takes a little longer than expected, especially when switching between devices. Improving the speed, simplifying some settings, and making the interface a bit more intuitive would make the overall experience even better. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
