One drive, provided by Microsoft, is a friendly software for PC applications, mobile applications, and remote web access. Which is easy to use, supplied with limited free storage and premium packages are available depending upon your organization's capacity.It can handle the documents securely, it has an additional vault for personal documents (in Pc setup application) where proper authentification is acquired to access our data. The way it is so secure because when I save files at work or for university, it is perfect to later access them from another device without any major problem, and there are never any failures to access them. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I love Onedrives mobile application. This is beyond its standard file storage, file sharing capabilities but more because of its unique document scanning, and camera upload functionality which enable me use my phone Camera to scan contents off screens and paper and save them automatically as pdf files in my Onedrive. On a few occasions, I have had situations where files or folders failed to synchronize properly between my local device and Onedrive in the cloud. What I find most helpful is Microsoft OneDrive syncs all your data from other devices and Microsoft programs and stores it in one space in the cloud. It is a great tool to store all documents, files and photos. If a document is uploaded on one drive, any changes we make on that file are automatically saved, saving us from the hassle of constantly saving our files. The huge storage space enables us to save a sizable number of files and documents without continuously worrying about filling up the available space. It's not all sunshine and rainbows, though. Although generally dependable, the desktop sync client occasionally causes irritation. File sync problems have occasionally occurred, or the procedure has taken longer than anticipated. Although it's not a deal-breaker, it can be a little inconvenient when you're pressed for time.
The mobile app is another issue I have. It works well and allows me to access my files wherever I am, however occasionally it can be a little awkward.
