Sometimes when we use it for data cleanup, the tools aren't sufficient enough, so we need to go back to basics with Excel to get it done. I like how easy it is to use Microsoft Power BI if you have experience with Excel and its ability to work with large volumes of data. The default charts and visualizations are really attractive, and you also have the possibility to add very powerful extra visualizations and objects. The ability to give permissions to different users for different sheets within the same project depending on their role in the company, I haven't found how to do it. I can go into great detail on how I want the charts to look, colors, texts, and even how they interact. It's slow sometimes when the data model is not optimized, and also DAX is hard and confusing. For speed, Power BI gets slow with big data, so it would be nice if it gave better auto tips to fix performance issues. Scalable auto refreshing reports which can be used for executive reporting at enterprise level. Regular updates and integration with a wide variety of input data sources makes it flexible to use for diverese use cases. UI is easy to work with for creating reports by analysts. Analysts need to know M query and DAX measures language to be able to create scalable reports. Even on-baording new users can be slow because of the technical depth it requires for people to know. With huge datasets refresh time can be slower. It lacks flexibility of write back data to the source unlike some other visualization tools in the market. For Microsoft Power BI, I think it would be more better if we can get more distilled data on every prompt instead of just normal reports. If we could drill down those reports with the help of prompts, especially written prompts, and more use of voice prompts, that would be helpful.
