As with any technology product, Microsoft Defender for Business has some limitations and areas where users may have complaints. Some of the common issues that I may have with the solution include:
Limited platform support: It primarily supports Windows and macOS, and does not support Linux or other platforms.
False positives: Some users may experience false positives, where legitimate software or files are incorrectly identified as malware.
High system requirements: Microsoft Defender for Business requires a high-spec machine for it to run smoothly which may not be possible for all the systems.
Limited customizability: Some users may find the solution to be inflexible and difficult to customize to their specific needs.
Limited reporting and analytics: Some users may find that the reporting and analytics capabilities of the solution are limited, and do not provide the level of detail or visibility that they require. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

+ Their Endpoint is one of the best, protecting your pc from harmful viruses. And its Microsoft, so trust is always there.
+ I have also found need not to purchase any third party antivirus software! However, if you are in financial services, use third party too.
+ Smartphone's app, devices and windows are all synced automatically and work well. All your windows devices are holistically protected. It also blocks harmful links automatically. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
+ It annoys me when it asks for the auth login again and triggers are failing, and sometimes even legitimate websites are blacklisted. It is a time waster. Older computers or older software might also slow down. + limited features like active malware thwarts and general scanning. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
