-It can easily handle basic queries for your businesses. You can also setup images to the responses which is a fancy move and looks interesting.

- Can add good value for the businesses like academic institutes, general stores,etc that have pretty linear format of information circulation and need not require indepth engagement from the responders.

-Not feasible for medium/large scale businesses that source the data from chatbots to helpdesk and CRMs for the support/sales optimization.
