Knowing how and where your user interacts most on your page gives you another level of on-page content and call-to-action optimization. As with any new platform, the interface takes some getting used to. Luckily it's not as complex as some of the other analytics providers out there. I find the dashboard confusing and contains too many variables to be useful. It would be easier if Clarity started with the "industry best practice" KPI's and let us customize from there. Similarly, drilling down into each area, there are way too many variables to draw conclusions. Would love to see more of the "80/20" guidelines, if the user outlines highest priorities.
