What do you like best about Dynamics 365 Marketing?

It is most useful to keep track of a client's campaign (when it starts, the internal processing of the contract, updates after a campaign launches). also SUPER helpful for highlighting target items of what a client wants for future campaigns as well as tracking the amount of times I've had a meeting /email with said client Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

THe amout of data that I had to figure out how to enter in the beggining was a bit overwhelming; however, after going through the site thoroughly and receiving a guided tour, I understood how to use the site more effectively. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like that Dynamics 365 allows social listening and social media integration. Its analytics and reports/dashboards are quite user friendly. Dynamics 365 is a versatile platform that we have just started using for marketing automation. Business wise, it helps in both B2C and B2B tracking. Reports at different levels are helpful too.
