The streamlined connection with on-prem AD provides the best hybrid identity experience which eases the manageability. On-prem writeback is such a lifesaver. Built-in Entra ID roles like Exchange and Security Administrator are so good I never really had to create a custom role (but appreciate I have an option to do it). It gets better with custom branding, application registrations and granular control over users and groups and enterprise applications. Security tooling like conditional access, identity protection, and privileged identity/access management are must haves for any size of business which makes Entra ID P2 a great investment.
