Microsoft Copilot is very simple to use. You write your prompt, in the language of your preference, and Copilot presents the answers or produces the document/image/code snippet requested. It is easy to implement in an organization because you just need internet access and a web browser (or Microsoft Edge plugin or Microsoft Copilot Windows 11 app). I use it everyday, to help me with ordinary tasks, such as producing e-mails, or to find me useful information in the web. It has great integration with other Microsoft products, such as Microsoft Teams Designer (Preview). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
When asking to produce a large document, such as a PowerPoint document, sometimes the document is never generated, no matter the time you keep waiting. The generation of AI images is not so advanced as in other AI platforms. There are not still much forums for customer support nor training materials available. It has been a great and simple tool for editing and generation of document layout. It has also been helpful in generating copy with the right amount of input.
It offers great guidance on how to utilize the available features. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It requires a great deal of input to refine or redirect results recieved.
Image generation is still difficult to work with. Asking for alternatives to the first image typically leads to surreal or flawed results, forcing you to restart from scratch Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I just love its 'Sources Links' feature. I'm a writer, i write different niche and digital marketing blogs. Most of the time I need to show examples and statistics, I just prompt Copilot, it shows me the latest stats with links as well as blog links where I can find those examples. Instead of scrolling different websites and looking for right stats and example, i just find them with one click. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I daily use Copilot however I dislike its policy. I have a client who sells 's*x' products, so when I prompt it, it reverts that it can't help with that
Not only this, it even sometimes doesn't respond to some drug-related queries. I completely understand the policies. But the user must be an adult, right? Or if not, Copliot should get the clarification or verify check on this when someone installs it by asking 18+ or below. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What I like the most about this service is the easy of use, since it's very user friendly. The implementation gives me the chance to do my job faster and more interactive. I use it pretty much everyday and everyday I get a good experience since the amount of features are pretty amazing. The integration with other tools in Microsoft give the change to be more productive and even though the customer services is not that necessary you get the support you need when you requried it. What I dislike about Microsoft Copilot is that I normally don't get the response as quick as I'd like however the information is pretty vast and useful, especially when using it on daily tasks. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like that Microsoft Copilot is woven into the Office experience, especially in Power BI. It helps me quickly find answers to business use cases and navigate DAX/M-programming languages efficiently. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Unlike other AI platforms, chats have a set length before you start a new one. It isn't a deal breaker, but I would appreciate the ability to refer back to different points in a chat history without switching panes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Copilot reduces the mundane daily tasks, like writing the agenda for a meeting or summarising the outcome of virtual meetings. I use it every day. It helps research a subject with much more specific and targeted results than leaving it up to a search engine. Or kickstart a PowerPoint presentation to give me some prompter ideas when trying to write a document or report, but I can't work out how to start. Once you learn a bit about how to write good prompts it's very easy to use particularly when it's integrated into all of Office 365 tools and when it's part of your organisation and it has access to all internal documents. As with all AI, it's not perfect, it has some hallucinations and results can vary in accuracy or depth. The key is to learn how to write good prompts and be knowledgeable and experienced enough to know when the answer you're getting doesn't seem right and to double-check things.
