I use it everyday, to help me with ordinary tasks, such as producing e-mails, or to find me useful information in the web. When asking to produce a large document, such as a PowerPoint document, sometimes the document is never generated, no matter the time you keep waiting. What I like the most about this service is the easy of use, since it's very user friendly. The implementation gives me the chance to do my job faster and more interactive. I use it pretty much everyday and everyday I get a good experience since the amount of features are pretty amazing.
