"Effortless Scheduling That Solves Overlapping Meetings"

What do you like best about Microsoft Bookings?

Microsoft Booking is very simple but solves a very big problem ; "Overlapping of schedules".

MS Booking shows your available time & scheduled timings, same for others with whom you want to schedule the meeting.

features is very simple; you visit the booking page of a colleague , you will have all the information of his/her availability and then schedule the meeting (15 min, 30 min, 60 min etc) accordingly.

I use this feature when I need to schedule an Interview prep or Interview feedback of Contingent workforce with the SMEs , Directors , Managers etc. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Microsoft Bookings?

I do not find any concerning flows with Microsoft Booking , but I really appreciate what solution it brings to corporate schedules & meetings. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Microsoft Bookings solving and how is that benefiting you?

As a Recruiter, I use MS Bookings to schedule an meetings of Contingent Workers with the Higher Authorities in my organization, be it for quick meeting, interview prep, interview screening, Interview feedback meeting etc.

I just have to visit their Booking Page and schedule the meeting in their available time.

This is a betterment process for scheduling, booking and managing the appoinments.

Users can control the online appoinments in smartphones and tablets too.

Options for customization is finite which makes application difficult to use in some cases.

As this is a web based application, it requires internet connectivity. Hence offline access is not possible.

Reminders regarding the appoinments are sent automatically which ease the users to manage their time effectively.

This application can be easily integrated with other Microsoft apps thus providing compatibility for business already using Microsoft.

What do you like best about Microsoft Bookings?

I love how easy it was to setup! It is one of the main reasons we switched over to Microsoft Teams! Bookings allowed us to maximize our license and move to Microsoft from Calendly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Microsoft Bookings?

It would be nice to receive a notification when someone cancels a meeting, or be notified in the calendar when they cancel. Right now the only way we are aware of for clients to cancel a meeting is to go into the invite and cancel on the web page. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We love having it included in our license and not having to pay for an additional service like Calendly. It also seamlessly connects with Microsoft Teams and our calendar, which makes its super user-friendly! We can also have multiple links for all the services and meetings with different team members. What do you dislike about Microsoft Bookings?

The one thing I dislike about Bookings is the fact that you can't set multiple weeks at a time. For example, my availability changes every week. I don't always work the same days or times. When I set up a booking option for an interview with me, I need to create an option for each week which can occasionally be confusing for my interviewees when they attempt to book with me. Bookings benefits me because it eliminated the back and forth via email to set up a time for appointments and interviews. It can be hard to learn how to prepare your booking page and your services. I created those for many of my colleagues and many didn't use Booking finally because the platform was too complex for them.
